@@st_zoisif the answer is “because of console” we would see jumps between consoles, we had big jumps between the consoles in 80’ and 90’s…the evolution from PS1 to PS2 was one of the last “BIG” jumps….as we see in a lot of technological things. We are reaching the maturity and the progress is too slow now.
There was a big jump between GT2 and GT3 but this video doesn’t show what GT2 even looked like. Looked completely different on PS1 to whatever modern emulator they’re using here
Gt 1 2 and 3 were the only ones i played i preferred wrc i remember getting my steering wheel it was literally just a wheel a shifter attached to the wheel base that from what i remember did absolutely nothing 😂and 2 pedals i thought it was the best thing ever 😂 29 now i have a force feedback steering wheel flappy paddles and a proper gear stick 3 pedals dirt 2 and project cars are my main games man how times have changed 😂
I see gran turismo 6 as the best gran turismo ever even if it was only in ps3 and not in ps4 its still amazing and brings me memories from my childhood. Also i kinda cried in the 8 mins clip
i still find it amazing how they made ps2 level graphics run on the tiniest console only 4-5 years later. imo it rivals the 3ds. 3ds's games arent to the same level as the psp's are though... im still finding completely new shit i wanna play on the psp and i've downloaded 32+ games and just find they arent as interesting as 5 on the psp. tetris slaps on both tho
Many things about GT evolved backward: the campaign modes, the difficulty and challenges all got worse, and the stupid always online content that will disappear in a year when you can still play GT4 in full today.
GT1 and GT3 are my favourites out of the series. I do like GT2, as well, but the PS1 couldnt show the full potential of that game but you do notice it when play it via Bleem! on the Dreamcast 👌.
Nah, Forza is better being a free world game while GT is better at being a racing game. Even Forza Motorsport 8 won't be better than GT 7 at being a racing game

Like the dynamic weather which is in forza which effects the track and so it gives different reaction to the tyres so u will have to know what amount of traction the tyres will offer to the car based on the temperature and track condition.. And theres are a lot u can google.. Even the camera angle isnt improved in GT7 also the suspensions isnt realistic

The Rotaries were the only car sounds GT consistently got right
