I have to humbly disagree that King Candy is gay based solely on his clothing. The concept artist for Wreck it Ralph clearly took inspiration from french court attire from the 17th and 18th century which was very colorful and flamboyant which also makes it perfect for the land of Sugar Rush.

the issue about those guys is that they were totally breaking up stereotypes about gay guys or gay couples as many people didn´t noticed any unusual about then or barely noticeable, and that was their goal for making them pretty normal guys bickering between themselves as anyone else, the gay marriage thing was something that only got noticed in the credits as the Oryx-Antlerson last name came upon them. They initially thought of them as brothers, but then was the issue were from different species, one an oryx and the other a kudu, so it could have been odd too. Finally when asked about it a co-director of the movie, which also did the voice of one of the guys acknowledge they were actually a quarrelsome married couple!! So that totally break up the stereotype of gay guys different from other guys, or that their couples could be noticeable always, or that their relationships couldn´t have troubles but still lasting pretty much as any common marriage. They were the most groudbreaking characters, because the others rely more heavily on stereotypes or are quite outed openly in the script, but this pair seem to get the best of all as a natural pair of characters that unless you know the truth about them, still doesn´t change much their development.

the issue about those guys is that they were totally breaking up stereotypes about gay guys or gay couples as many people didn´t noticed any unusual about then or barely noticeable, and that was their goal for making them pretty normal guys bickering between themselves as anyone else, the gay marriage thing was something that only got noticed in the credits as the Oryx-Antlerson last name came upon them. They initially thought of them as brothers, but then was the issue were from different species, one an oryx and the other a kudu, so it could have been odd too. Finally when asked about it a co-director of the movie, which also did the voice of one of the guys acknowledge they were actually a quarrelsome married couple!! So that totally break up the stereotype of gay guys different from other guys, or that their couples could be noticeable always, or that their relationships couldn´t have troubles but still lasting pretty much as any common marriage. They were the most groudbreaking characters, because the others rely more heavily on stereotypes or are quite outed openly in the script, but this pair seem to get the best of all as a natural pair of characters that unless you know the truth about them, still doesn´t change much their development.

Don't burn me on this, I'm not anti-gay or anything, I'm just pointing some information out.
1. King Candy lives in a freaken candy castle. He's going to look like a giant sugar plum fluff. There is no confirmation he is gay.
2. Oaken's smaller sized wife is right there. The young man this video alludes to is obviously an eldest son who inherited his father's size.
3. Terk is not in the least gay (actress is but not character). She's a tomboy gorilla naturally. In one episode of the TV series, in fact, it shows that Terk has a crush on a male gorilla.
4. Bucky and Pronk could go either way. I always saw them as brothers but there is a case for them being gay also. It's 50/50 depending on your stance.
As for the other examples, yea for Disney and tolerance of differences.
