    For starters.
    Many of this things will lower your spirit but when you are lower in spirit you are also more safe.
    Think it like not trusting anybody.
    If you don't trust anybody, nobody can do a thing.
    You will also not get information and not get help from them.
    But when you trust them 100% they can harm you.
    You can get information and get help.
    Trusting someone 100% is never smart and someone strangs totally not, so protect yourself.
    Here are the things.

      you can make it al less dangerous by taking the first steps :
      . A room were the light is on or were the light of outside comes in. Lower your spirit.
      . No candles. Lower your spirit.
      . In day time. Lower your spirit and the are less beings.
      . Not at New Moon (very dangerous). On this time your spirit is strong and the are more beings.
      . Not your sleeping room (Very Dangerous). If Mirror Gazing will make you scary it will definitely make you scary were you have Mirror Gazed. If don't want to sleep good, than you can do it in your sleep room.
      . A place were most times others are. As I already said it will make you scared were you Mirror Gazed, so if it is a place were many people are hanging around it will be more peace and less fair after Mirror Gazing.
      . Have others in the room. Lower your spirit. You will also have someone you can talk to.
      . Don't move the mirror that you Mirror Gazed to a other room.
      That mirror have a stronger line with you than the other mirrors, still you must watch out also for the other mirrors and reflections.
      . Do not use your phone.
      The mirror that you use to Mirror Gazed, you must use this mirror not for your daily thinks and not having it when you are weak. When you sleep you are weak and you have more change for danger.
      . Have electronic, it interver energy. Lower your spirit.
      . When you are scared you must totally not begin with it and you must lower your spirit. With fear your are in more danger with Mirror Gazing.
      . Don't Mirror Gaze a time after your first time. Wait 1 month and after that when you are not afraid you can start again.
      You must also check after your first Mirror Gaze that nothing happen after it, that why you need to stop it for a time. You will notice things like that your shadow looks alive, you will feel dark spirit around you, you will hear things, you will wake up in the night, you will get strang dream, many at night.
      . Have a timer. You can forget time.
      . Do it on a planned time. It must not be moment you want it. Desire help your spirit grow. By thinking about more Mirror Gazing after your other Mirror Gazing is already dangerous.
      . Becareful, it is addictive.
      .

      Hi Golden Light. I pondered whether to allow your comment or not. I decided to leave it so people can see the difference between fear-based styles of practice and what I facilitate. You have many rules and many "threats" in your mind. While I believe you honestly mean well, I actually don't agree with you at all. You are still externalizing what you see in the mirror instead of understanding that all of it comes from inside you. So, you are right IF someone approaches mirror meditation in the way to which you refer. Then yes, it's a big scary thing with lots of precautions and I would say such a person should NOT be using a mirror to meditate at all. They should first learn to work with their shadow and projections, loosening the ego's grip on their perceptions. However, there is absolutely nothing dangerous about the practice of Mirror Meditation itself, nor is it addictive. Not the way I practice it. Not the way I teach it., and certainly not the way my clients experiece it.

    This I Naveed Khan from Pakistan I am doing mirror meditation regularly every day for one hour and I see faces changes mostly things like face disappears image becomes xray or like picture negative some time different colors pink green black silver spreading on face or forehead after meditation I feel my body fully light like tissue paper very polite inside now a days as I concentrate in mirror I feel in mirror that is another body of my shape no me is some one else who looks like me now I want this mirror body to come out and talk to me serve for me like astral body is it possible and how?

      its nice I feel very nice very energetic if I conentrate on my lips and even I not move my real lips I can see my lips moving in mirror but now I feel more light and one hour passes very soon as I just started meditation its passed I wish I do it long time and again and again but how to get support this mirror meditation in life but after meditation I feel very warmth in my feet

      I don't know of any books that would (or even could effectively) specifically associate any faces one sees with particular meaning. That's really up to each person to determine. Mirror Meditation is about "knowing thyself" and making your own meanings. But if you feel you need more background on past-lives or are curious about that field, I'm sure there are many books about the subject available. Sorry I can't offer any suggestions.

      @@DivineMeTime Awesome ..I'm also practicing meditation for the past one year ..very consistent not left a single day ..I can do astral projections!!..please let me kNow the steps to do mirror meditation so that it will be helpful for me to practice..many say it's scary ..is it ??

      @@santhoshs9961 Nice! It's only scary for those who still carry fear...they don't understand it. They haven't done enough shadow work to know that what they see is inside them and not some external evil. Courage is required to face one's own darkness.       One of the most common reasons is a "stuck in the mind"ness. This work requires a true letting go of both control, which isn't easy, and expectation. I describe the technique here, which is easy to convey, but then the doing of it takes practice and true surrender to the process. Also it can take time. One ot two sessions is generally not going to produce results.

      What you only need is a disire and your focus. It can also have a darkside, evil energy.
