36 Lucrehulk Capital Ships , 10 Providence Class , 15 Recusant Class , 50 Munificent Class ,General Trench and General Grievous, a bunch of Carriers and a bunch of smaller ships
CIS ultimately won this battle, there were just too many of em

The revenge of the sith book does such a good job of showing what the citizens of coruscant witnessed and felt seeing the battle from the surface it’s so cool
yeah, imagine just minding your own business then the largest naval battle in galactic history suddenly happens above, and there is no escape as hundreds of ships literally surrounds the entirety of the planet and all the people on the lower levels are rioting and destroyed wreckage rains down above

the fact that at the push of a button, this game lets you switch into a "cinematic" mode where you just watch everything unfold with awesome handheld-feeling zooms and pans, putting you right in the action like the original star wars took inspiration from actual ww2 battle footage, and how the clone wars was supposed to reminiscent of the old movie theatre reports from the warfronts (thus the intro voiceovers)

Imagine if rebels used droids, they would be unstoppable and even with commando droids would absolutely wreck storm troopers
I still think regular storm troopers are a little better than B1 droids due to the fact that they can think but droid commandos/droidekas will just stomp them with no efford
It’d be cool but I remember watching this movie one time and heard something about palpating disabling the droids permanently
If only the rebels could get a hold of an old droid factory, even if it was one it would still greatly help them.
Battle Droids require a massive amount of logistics and are mostly effective in large scale battles where firepower is an important factor. The Rebels couldn't afford the former and preferred guerilla warfare over the latter since the Empire would always beat them when it came to firepower alone.

I hope they show more of this Battle in a flashback scene in the Kenobi series from a different perspective. Such a thrilling battle that involved the largest assembled fleet from both the CIS and Republic.

Do you think Empire at War is good for beginner of RTS games? I only played Company of Heroes 2 i completed story on medium difficulty i really like Star Wars i have alot of games, watched all movies, clone wars tv show etc.
I’d recommend it. I’d suggest though that you read a few guides and whatnot first. The game can be a little advanced in some spots.
Youll get it fast its not really that hard and its helluva fun to play especially because the modding community is still alive so once you get bored of the same old empire at war you can download mods such as this one to spice things up
If you intend to get into some of the newer mods, do not play the vanilla game as most concepts introduced their become unidentifiable with mods like Thrawn's Revenge, Awakening of the Rebellion, and Fall of the Republic.

nobody is gonna talk about how this guys has so high fps? normally in battle like this with high end system you would get around 10fps
You can still see it lag from time to time, its not so much the PC as it is the old game engine :/
I wish we could get a EAW 2 at some point with a way better engine so we can have some MASSIVE battles without worrying about the game crashing.

Well actualy i just played fall of the republic mod and i dunno about the others mods
Towards the end of the war Anakin had the bright idea to mount SPHA cannons on the bottom deck of Venators so i guess the mod maker decided to include them ,which im happy about xd
and yeah every Venator in the mod has one but cant use them very often
you can even see one being used in the movie 1:04
Yeah, it looks more amazing when Sphat cannon in every Venator. Because all those CIS had long-range blasters ships and Some big donuts 😂
