We have forgotten all good habits and natural methods and blindly following all the stupid advices from toothpaste manufactures, which they are giving for their profits.
These are 5 important natural tips. These tips can prevent all types of teeth and gum diseases and can restore some conditions. On top of that, these tips involve no cost.
Prevent Plaque formation, Prevent Gingivitis, Prevent Periodontitis, Heal sensitive teeth, Get rid of tooth decay, Prevent cavities and say good bye gum diseases forever
    1. Avoid Over brushing - We brush our teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Some people brush after every meal. Which is like 3 times or 4 times a day. Don’t you think this is too much? Enamel is the hardest substance in our body, it is much stronger than bones. But due to our bad habits, we still wear away the enamel. That’s means we are doing something terribly bad.We eat a lot, and we snack all the day long and we brush several times a day with toothpaste, which again contains tons of bad chemicals..
    2. Do oil pulling with coconut oil/Sesame oil + cloves or clove oil combination at least once a week. The antibacterial and antifungal properties in this oil and cloves treat gingivitis, prevents plaque and tartar formation, prevents cavities and several tooth diseases. So go natural, nature has several better solutions than these artificial chemicals.
    3. Water rinsing or water flossing: This is the most important and the effective remedy of all. Whatever you do, if you do this step, you are going to prevent the chances of teeth and gum diseases by 85%. Toothpaste companies and few doctors say to brush after every meal, which is not good. It makes your teeth sensitive and causes more harm than help.
My suggestion to wash your mouth thoroughly with water after every meal and even after every snack or drink.
    4. Avoid sodas: Sweets, desserts, sugar and ice creams were there from several years. They are not real culprits. The real culprit is sodas. People actually started getting teeth problems when they started drinking sodas. You can try this, leave a tooth in soda for 1 week and after that notice that the teeth got discolored and enamel is weakened.
The combination of in sodas forms a bacteria which causes erosion and damaging effect for 20 minutes after every sip. So you are drinking a soda and drinking it slowly for around 30 minutes, because you are watching a movie, you are actually causing a damaging effect for more than an hour.
    5. Change your brushing style: Don’t apply pressure while brushing. Most people are in a rush to go to work or school and want to finish fast. Our logic makes us think that, using more pressure can help to clean teeth fast. No, it won’t. It actually harms later on.

I have not tried the oil pulling techniques, but I use the Water-Pik daily. I usually add a mouth rinse and even peroxide if I experience gum soreness in my mouth. I have recently changed my teeth brushing technique to 3 fingers as you have suggested in other videos and have always kept my brushing to once a day. I will definitely start rinsing more with water after all meals and snacking. Never have been a big soda drinker as I love water. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!!

I have just found this video, and have to admit, I really like the info given. I've been brushing my teeth at least twice, if not more every day, but my husband has never been so regimented. My husband has very few issues with his teeth, yet I am always facing problems. I am on a lot of medication, which is apparently a contributor to my gums receding sooner, hence the reason I always felt I needed to brush regularly. I also suffer from a lot of mouth ulcers, again I am told my meds can be a big contributor. I use general sea salt water rinses a lot of the time due to this. I am now going to try your remedies, especially the oil pulling and rinsing methods. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that if I use your method, then some of my issues may start to decline! Fingers crossed!

@@calledbylife2752 Many factors enter for the bone and gum conditions. Here is all I can tell you from my experience, though I am not a professionnal. You need a correct diet with no deficiency (calcium? vitamin D ? vitamin C ?), and no excess protein (draining the calcium away), not too acidic or acidifying (if your body is acid, your saliva is gonna be too, when it should be alcaline). Drink enough water, and do the water rinse. Try to keep 3-4 meals a day, not during one hour each (that's what caused my gum recession >_

The biggest message I get from this is - keep it simple.... I don't drink soda anymore - don't really miss it. Try and stay away from acidic foods. LOVE the idea of making it a point to consciously swish and rise your mouth with water when ever you eat or drink anything. I'm thinking it's a good idea to do that even if you don't consume anything just to clear out your natural acids the body produces.
Regarding sweets..... I do my best to stay away from "manufactured" and "manipulated" white cane sugar. But on the scale of sugars - how bad is Honey? Keeping in mind rinsing after consuming.
I use a Brauhn Orbital electric toothbrush - move it very slowly through my mouth and use very little pressure. I also use the WaterPic water flosser.
Thanks for laying all this out and keeping it simple.

I am so happy I came across your channel! I have had a bad habit of brushing my teeth too hard and now I’m paying the price. I gave up soda over a year ago and have completely changed my eating habits. I now have added your routine of rinsing with salt, pulling with cloves and rubbing my teeth with turmeric. I also bought an electric toothbrush so that I keep from using too much pressure. I’m hoping to see my gums stop receding. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I already eat a very healthy, vegetable-filled diet with no sugar or soda. I think over brushing with chemical toothpaste caused gum recession and sensitivity. I will add your gentle brushing, rinsing, oil pulling, and turmeric treatment that you mentioned in your other video. Thank you for these ideas.

@@caydence808 It varies from $600 to $3,000 per tooth. The surgery is pretty much painless because they numb your mouth. The recovery is very manageable and the pain is about 2 out of 10. The surgery is very quick as it is only about 30 minutes by the time you get in the chair. Bad thing is I don't think they brought the gum down low enough on mine so it might need to be redone.
