The mold thing is 100% bc of marketing gimmicks by people selling mediocre coffee that they test. It is not applicable to the kind of coffee valor buys considering the quality of green and the roasting process.

There is single origin option on the Eversys, its got a separate compartment on top so you can do more than just two bean types!
