Hygroscopic Condensation Nuclei | Cloud, Rain, Atmosphere

In this video we will learn how to condensation takes place. In free air, condensation results from cooling around very small particles termed as hygroscopic condensation nuclei. Particles of dust, smoke and salt from the ocean are particularly good nuclei because they absorb water.

what is the difference between hygroscopic nuclei and condensation nuclei?

The difference is that the hygroscopic nuclie is when the dust particles absorbs the water droplets and hold the water in a position where as condensation nuclei is that when the water vapour cools down at settle at one place which also take place in clouds ,so basically it's same . Hope this helps after 2years lol😂

Did you know that rainwater has never formed once from water vapor (H2O) as we have learned so far? Strange in 2021
Water vapor has never passed the fog stage after which it is completely broken down into

- Rainwater is formed by chemical reaction proper in the atmosphere
