The freightliner at the beginning is the old Roxboro Volunteer FD unit 921 (pre mergers). It's now a backup unit for the rope/confined spaces rescue teams.
Great video retroschool I am not from Canada I am from the USA but I like fire trucks from any where the international was a 4700 and it sounded like it has a Dt466 motor in it and I want to be a firefighter so that is how I know all this stuff

The truck in the first clip looks identical to one of calgarys hazmat trucks almost. The model here is newer than Montreal's though.
