Nice work, men! Ahhh, cut carp and fallfish are excellent baits for blues and channels. But yes, like you mentioned, we get a lot of nice/big cats on cut bluegills...channels over 10 and my buddy got a 68 lb blue on a bluegill head. As long as its fresh (not frozen) it seems to work well...cut crappie, too! Great vid and fun to watch!

Any fish being pulled up fast from deep water is at risk for bloat. By reeling them in slow you allow their bodies pressure to adjust naturally so as to not cause damage to their internals. If they still seem a lil bloated after landing, then letting them “burp” will allow the rest of the gasses to escape their bodies. Hope this helps!!! And thanks for watching my vids🤙🎣🐟
