Hi Chao….. This was delicious. This is similar to when I prepare cream cheese frosting. I made this on 10/24/2022 & prepared so much that I had it for that same day & the next day. I modified this because I had to use what I had on hand. I used heavy cream, homemade blend of oat & cashew milk, brown sugar, & vanilla bean paste. I used it as a topping for my boba Thai milk tea that I prepared the tea in my moka pot. I put too much on top that when I stirred it the drink became a little on the thick side. Next time I will use less. Nevertheless it was so good that my toes curled in my shoes. I will be making this alot. Just pray for me that I don't get fat....
Thank you so much! I will also try with mascarpone cheese, I tried a tiramisu iced latte and I am trying to get it right at home 😂😁 so thank you for showing your process! I can’t wait to taste mine in a few minutes!
thank you so much!! Will the texture and thickness of this last for days? i am planning to make a lot for commercial purposes! Will this method also work with your sea salt cream recipe?
We made this minus the vanilla extract and it came out very , very good ! Thank you for the help. One thing we misunderstood was keeping the cream cheese and whole milk in a seperate bowl from the whipping cream. To be clear we threw it all together and beat that mixture. It is still delicious 😅
Well done! Yes, I love this cream cheese foam too! Whipping the cream before adding the rest of the ingredients was just to make sure you get the texture right but by all means, whipping them altogether at once works too!
Do you have a recipe for green tea yogurt drink? I used to get one from Gong Cha and loved it SO MUCH but I moved and there are no Gong Cha cafes near me :(
Hi: I just used brown sugar because that's all I had. It turned out great. Here's a tip of using brown sugar use a hand blender so that it can combine evenly. Do not use a hand whisk. Besides in my opinion the brown sugar gives it a little better taste.
@@rizasri another question please. If it's refrigerated, is it really normal that it will get thick? And if gets thick, do I need to hand mix it again or use it just like that?
I'm maxing it right now with my stand mixer and so far it's working well! I didn't chill the bowl though so it's not really getting that creamy texture lol
Definitely possible! Coffee drinkers do not want to add too much flavours in their coffee so perhaps stick with either latte or cappuccino. You just have to try and get others to try too :-)
I just made it and tasted it and OMG IT’S GOOD
thank you!!!!!
You're welcome!!

What would happen if I substituted cream with milk?
It will literally explode and the universe collapse. Or just not get creamy consistency at all.
Hi! Is there an alternative milk that can be used to shops?
Not sure what you meant? Did you mean the milk used in this recipe? You may use any milk of your choice I think. Use with the whipped cream.
U are using, dairy or non dairy whipping cream?
You may use either one.
