This is perfect. Gonna pair this coffee caramel with bibingka (rice cake) and puto bumbong (steamed rice cake) this coming holiday season. Thank You Madame Chao and God bless!
Sitting here sipping on my delicious hot caramel coffee...yum. Apparently, three times is really the charm. There is no need to look further. Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you mam for sharing your knowledge about coffee, finally nakapag open nako ng sariling mini coffee shop noong December 23,2022 thank you very much mam God bless❤️👍😊
I just made it and I have to say it's really, really good!!! I've tried a lot of recipes before, but this was the only one that turned out great. It's perfect for my iced coffee 🤎.
I found your channel just earlier today and I'm already budgeting so I can purchase your book!! I love the craft that goes into drinks and your videos are so instructive!!
I love your channel...i've kearned many great tips nd tricks needed to make perfect coffee and syrups...i am just being lucky i must say, i have a very nice philipine grocery store near my appartment in hongkong and i like almost all the products from philipines...and i got every thing needed to make these perfect syrups...🙏
By the way, thank you so much CHAO COFFEE and TEA for sharing your recipes. It is my first time making caramel sauce. Though I'm not satisfied with the result but I am really happy to try it on my own.
Looks great I can't seem to find 1 person that makes thin caramel sauce without using corn syrup Im looking for the consistency of caramel sauce you buy in the store I buy the 1 that is in a squeeze container its perfect it's not dark or thick & chunky so do you have any suggestions I prefer butter in it as well ❤ but you recipes look delicious
Hii, I would love to see a tutorial on how to make fresh fruit syrups for drinks. I am starting my own boba business but I would love to have fresh syrups. Love your video’s ! Thank youu
This is super yummy😋 I made this caramel today and it is very easy and yummy, it just turned out too thick. Do you have an answer for what I can do to get it thinner? Thanks for sharing this recipe. God bless you!
are you Filipino Ma’am..? im really coffee addict and i find your channel the best about drinks hehehehe! i actually trying some of your videos thank you
I just tried making it today and it turned out the perfect colour and flavour just like you showed in the video but then when it cooled down a bit it was a bit like hard and not like syrup consistency. Can you tell me what I should do to fix the consistency?
Hello Ma'am. Thank you for your recipe. But I dont know what I did wrong. I always end up with bits of something (I dont know if it's sugar or cream). Have you experienced that?
Would you say that making home made coffee sauces is better than store bought branded ones in terms of taste or are they close? What do you think? I love your contents!
Homemade ones give the exact taste, nothing else. I would prefer using them than store bought. This is especially true for sugar syrup, vanilla and chocolate.
Hello, thank your for all your videos, I just started a coffee shop and I'm learning a lot with all your information 🤗 One question, what type of cream you added with the vanilla? Thank you!
Morning mam, it is hard to find all purpose cream nestle in Indonesia. Is there any cream I can use? Like whipping cream, or other cream from anchor? Please advice. Thank you mam🙏🤗

Mine ended up grainy, its not silky smooth looking, unlike store bought ones. Any advise?
Hello, try using a lighter cream and also make sure your sugar is fully dissolved. Good luck!

How much amount of sugar, water and cream?
Mine is currently cooling...we'll see! :)

Yes you can!

You may use whipping cream, heavy cream or all-purpose cream
@@rizasri what are the fat percentages for each cream u listed?
Nice 👍
I don't have to buy it in star bucks anymore... My own homemade syrup is sweeter and as you have taught us, more delicious.... And practical
can you use evaporated milk for the cream.?
No, it won't be thick enough.
Morning mam, it is hard to find all purpose cream nestle in Indonesia. Is there any cream I can use? Like whipping cream, or other cream from anchor? Please advice. Thank you mam🙏🤗

Both...
Do caramel syrup need to put in a refrigerator ma'am?
❤❤❤❤❤
Pls is there any difference between this caramel sauce and caramel salted sauce?
Estan editados en español tambien estoy interesado
I made this and it tastes awesome. But in the fridge it goes very thick. What can I do to think it out so I can pour it?
Hello, as I mentioned in the clip, you would have to thaw it out (take it out of the fridge for a bit) before using it. :-)
@@rizasri thank you so much. I love your channel. Thank you for sharing. ❤️
Hi Rizza... what's the shelf life of this recipe?
Can I use a heavy whipping cream instead of light cream?
Yes you can
Hi, I just wonder if you use all the water in the recipe which is 1/2 cup because in the video you only add some/few water into the sugar 😊
can i use ever whip cream?
Yes you can
Where to store this kind of caramel sauce?
Refrigerated is best
hello, maam :) how long is the shelf life of the mixture, thank you!
Refrigerated up to a month for me 😊
Can I use milk instead of cream ?
Nope. Not the same texture
Is there anything I could use instead of cream?
For this, I do not think so.
Will heavy whipping cream work?
Yes, definitely!
What's wrong with my caramel? It's not smooth. You think I should have used heavy cream? Or did I add the cream too early while it was still hot?

today I will try this recipe
is it right only ½ cup of water ?
As per recipe please. All the best
