I'm going to show you some real automations from my Pipedrive account that I use to save time during my sales process. My goal is for this video to give you an idea of what's possible with automation and how you may be able to use these features in your business.

Love your content Paul! Can I make an automation with Zapier or PIpedrive automations to automatically create a new project after a deal is "won"?? I want to be able to mark a deal as won in the deals panel and then have it automate a new project from my project templates for that business! I hoping it can trigger the right project template based on what "products" I have attached to the deal. Does that make sense?

Why does Faith manually follow up with a TextExpander snippet, instead of having an automated email go out from pipedrive ?

Some of the TE snippets we use have fill-ins, dropdown menus and optional sections which Pipedrive templates doesn't support.

I have a quick request. Do you know how we can unfollow the previous owner of the deal when we change the deal owner automatically? I really need a Way to Stop Auto-Assigning Followers & Bulk Remove Followers.

Unfortunately I can't see a way to do this with automation. Seems like it's going to have to be manual I'm afraid.

where do you edit your templates, and create new ones ? thx

The automations you mean? Go to the Automations tab and click the three dots next to the automation to edit it.

Is there a way to create an automation if a Lead gets Converted to a Deal?

Unfortunately not at this time. I hope Pipedrive updates this.
