You wouldn't be able to report on the cost but you would be able to create a report showing deals won by source. You could then export this and compare it to your campaign costs in Excel.
hello Paul - we have a daily sales list that is downloaded from our sage system, but I want to migrate this into our pipedrive so sales agents can see what products and sales are being made and orders patterns as they speak with customers. Have you done a video to capture this already?
Not specifically on this sorry. But if you are adding products to your deals, you should be able to report on produce sales natively inside Pipedrive already (sorry if I am misunderstanding what you're trying to do)
Watched all of your videos, excellent work! Question: how would we manage a deal where customer cannot buy now, until their current vendor agreement expires 12-18 mos later, but then we actually close the sale? Do we mark deal as lost now, then re-enter later? It's not like we LOST the deal, they just can't buy now because of early termination penalties. Thanks!
Yes I'd do something like this. I'd probably mark as lost with a reason like 'Bad timing' and then in the future, you can re-engage and re-open the deal once they become interested.
Is there a way to change the "marked as done" date? I have some activities that were completed, but not marked until the following week. Therefore my activities report is showing last weeks activity on the following week.

Yes, you would need to have a separate action in your workflow to create an activity.
How did toy get to progress with the pre-defined reports? I don't have this - I have 'Insights' Tab and I have to manually input all of the reports.
This video is a little old now so you'll be seeing a new interface. Pipedrive should come with some pre-set reports when you sign up.

Unfortunately this is hard-coded into the system and can't be edited.

No I haven't. Generally in Pipedrive reporting is done on deals.

Hi there, I believe you could integrate them with Zapier.
Can Pipedrive show how many appointments each agent has booked ?
Yes. If you have an activity or even a deal stage for 'Appointment Booked' you could track this in the Insights.
