Unfortunately yes. In fact i didnt even know that it existed before i read your comment. Unfortunately if i delet this video to post another ytb will shadowban my channel. However i'll return to it in a year or two and make a better and more complete video. Thanks for the heads up.
I was playing an emulator of this game earlier today and I managed to glitch the game and get magnetic tempest to work on Samurai Shrine and Ice on the Beach. Does anyone know if it possible to do this again or was my Internet connection just that bad.
That's sounds about right the colour of the pieces looked like they were just ripped from palettes of each stage, kind of like how magneto switches with wolverine if you beat the game as him and I think for Ice on the Beach the corresponding colours were the ones used for the spectators. Seeing the engine parts made out of human flesh was a bit weird to say the least.

I thought it couldn't be done on other stages. Magneto himself seems to bug the entire game if you select him on another stage.
