I worked in SD Group of companies before retirement. At that time, senior management was entitled to have 5% discount on this property. However, it was so expensive only the wealthy Malaysian or Chinese could afford to buy an apartment.
Yes already visited to this new shopping mall , feel that not many things to do as now shops not yet fully open . Slightly disappointed about this . Waiting for the Christmas ice skating area to open and will revisit again .

屬於Nine Elms, 倫敦全力發展嘅區, 美國領事館都已經搬入來了,不過生活唔係太方便,暫時都幾荒涼,幾年後應該會大變樣
