    Thanks Trevin!
    Electronics were, back in 2019, the product I wanted to launch as my first product. Luckily I didn't.
    Most beginners fail because of the barrier to entry, they simply not even start, so making sure the barrier to entry is as low as possible will make more beginner successful.
    Thanks for the great inside Trevin, looking forward to the next one.

    Thank you for all of your videos and information you offer, it is always very helpful!
    I do have a question for you or anyone here in this community. I've been selling a product for about 4 months FBA and within the last month or less.... I have noticed a bunch of new Chinese sellers ....like 15 of them. They all came on around the same time, all of their stores have a China Address and the price they came in at is like $10 to $13 less than what mine and about 3 other competitors prices were at. I know that it has affected mine and my competitors sales because we all have had to lower our prices, dramatically!
    Have you ever encountered anything like this? Do you recommend us continuing in this product that seems to have been taken over by Chinese sellers? If anyone else has experienced anything like this, I'd appreciate hearing how you handled it long term.
    Thank you in advance!

    This was interesting. Once a product becomes popular with a consumer, it then becomes increasingly popular with sellers, with more sellers selling the product, the demand is weakened as the competition grows, timing is quite a key when it comes to selling product by trend, but as mentioned in the video, not the most important when it comes to research.

    • @TrevinPeterson
      @TrevinPeterson  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Exactly. And the key is to sell the product that isn’t trending!

    Hello Trevin. Thank you for great recommendations! Please maybe adding to last point - list of products and services that cannot be promoted. I think its important information, because as we know - without PPC campaigns on Amazon not possible making great start of product and get kn FIRST page! Good luck!

    • @TrevinPeterson

      Good question! I use bench mbsy.co/PCtMq as my bookkeeping which then makes it super easy for my accountant to file my taxes. So I don’t do it myself!

    Hey Trevin.
    With the 200 unit limit for new products at amazon, what company do you recommend or do you use for 3pl warehouse storage of inventory?
    How expensive is it to thereafter to have them label and ship from the 3pl warehouse to Amazon?

    • @TrevinPeterson
      @TrevinPeterson  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      For beginners just have your supplier store the inventory and when you need more have them ship it to amazon.

    When using the X-ray tool on helium 10, what are your thoughts on the 'success score' (beta) feature?
    If you had to pick one metric, which would you say is by far the most important? (My guess is reviews number?...) Thanks!

    nice video trevin! btw i have a question. i've been wanting to try fba for a long time but still don't have the guts to because amazon has this big fake review problem where sellers can easily get a lot of great and legitimate looking reviews unethically, thus crush others that don't do fake reviews. n integrity is my thing so i don't plan to cheat my way like that too. so the question is, iyo how many % is the possibility for a beginner to succeed even though he or she doesn't have as much reviews as the unethical but highly profitable sellers do assuming that a lot of these sellers products are in the first page?

    • @TrevinPeterson
      @TrevinPeterson  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Those are all valid questions/concerns but if understand the process I don’t worry about that! You should watch this video. th-cam.com/video/ufAoCi5k55g/w-d-xo.html it will help you a ton!
