i can’t say for sure, but my guess is this:
the narrator feels a need to represent very femininely and also hypersexualises herself, and is potentially hooking up with men she barely knows. i think she might hold some level of dislike towards them, considering at some points it feels critical toward them, but she also might dislike her own actions, yet keep doing them.
this is just a small theory, i’m just making a guess.
