Hi there! Lovely work out thanks! I am wondering. Does foot placement matter when doing side planks? I am used to having the top leg in front. Will either way have the same benefits?

Hello, Yes, it does matter mostly for mat side plank exercise variations; however, for this version on the Reformer, keeping your bottom leg under and top leg behind will help you prevent rotation as the carriage moves since this is a moving exercise. You can experiment with both, but it is a moving side plank you want to feel secure and supported. Hope that helps! Thanks again 😀
