Haven't done your workout yet but have viewed it....looks great. Would be helpful to know which springs ie leg or arm and which weight. I have a different regormer/tower so it would be helpful to get an idea. Otherwise great video. Cheers
Hi there, thanks for the question: I am using a Balanced Body reformer, and I explain which springs to use as you follow the workout. I have added the spring selection to the description for each exercise. For reference for Balanced Body: Short Yellow= Roll down bar Abdominal/Arm springs Long Yellow= Arm Springs and Abs Long Purple= Leg Springs Short Red & Blue= Push through bar springs I show you each exercise if I am using the Short Yellow, Long Yellow, or other springs. Find the equivalent with your Reformer/Tower Model that works for you and your fitness level. Enjoy!
