Mix all until thick. adjust the consistency to be flowable inorder to have a nice good pour over any canonigo or brazo de mercedes. dont forget to sieve it fine to remove coagulated stuff. goodluck. modify the recipe if you wish according to your taste😊

What was the purpose of adding water to the sugar, then evaporating it? Why did you not just caramelise the sugar, on a low heat, from the start? Interested to know your thinking here.
Angel food cake , my mother used to make this in a tube pan that you could pick it up from middle and bring it out...before that while cooling in the pan old glass coke bottle and hang it upside down with it tilted a little bit

hi, for the storage, it will do just fine in the room temperature, this is how i do mine, and the next 2 days i notice that it still holds its shape, i can’t say how it will do in the chiller, but i am guessing it will be alright, because this is almost same as making brazo de mercedes, and brazo de mercedes are usually stored on the fridge hope that helps 😊
