- One of the most awaited projects around the vicinity of Mumbai, the Quadrupling of railway tracks from Virar to Dahanu road, exclusively for suburban trains.
MRVC has recently announced an expected deadline for the project, which happens to be December 2025. Looking at the speed at which the project is progressing, the deadline now seems achievable.
MRVC has to clear many hurdles and challenges related to forest clearances en route this project. But we Shall hope, the project completes seamlessly for the betterment of the area and people residing between Virar and Dahanu Road.

Very nice and detailed update. Looking forward for station remodelling updates. Recently read in TOI that the Borivali-Virar 5th and 6th line is going to start post monsoon. That would help in complete segregation of express lines till Bandra. WR suburban services would seriously increase a lot by 2025.

Keep up the gud work ,i use to travel on this line when only express train & EMU train use to run ,now it's local train with limited time slots but this new fast line tracks will change the real estate market of virar to dhanu area

Nice and clear video. Progress between previous video and current video should be shown simultaneously on a split screen so that it easy to comprehend. Similarly drone view and Google map view should be shown simultaneously on a split screen for better understanding of location of drone view.

Har 15 min me churchgate to dahanu train ka schedule ka ek vedio banavo. Kaise wo shedule ban sakte hai. Jaise churchgate to virara ka schedule hai m-indicator pe. It's more interesting vedio.
Schedule making is the work of Commercial and Operations department, and they're good at it, to wo kaam wahi better way me karege.

Hi sir, dahanu to Panvel or diva new lines constructions pe bhi videos banao.
On slow line only local should run and fast line only express train. When population increases the virar borivali 5th 6th line should be extended upto Dahanu. Adding local at outstation train ruins completely both local and outstation schedule and punctuality.

Main problem will arise in boisar as there is a good railway yard in boisar which seems to have a major hurdle
Goods yard will be shifted to the old BARC Siding that goes West after the Boisar LC

There's no work started on Vasai Panvel Suburban Project yet
WDFC work is in progress mostly parallel to Vasai - Diva - Panvel. Once it will be operational, there is possibility of extra passenger trains on this section.

Suburban Services serve upto Dahanu Only. Gholvad and Bordi get served by passengers and Memus.

Yes. DFC turns east side before Virar for Bypassing VVMC Urban area. It rejoins besides existing Railways near Juchandra
