    It’s a beautiful thing when you see someone finally learn who they are and understand their nature. Nobody ever works on themselves in the dating game but when you do and it all works out, you realize how ignorant and selfish you were. I’m Happy for Whitney. She put the work in so she deserves it. If women(and men) did this more the game wouldn’t be so backwards

      I know this comment is like 2 months old, but I just wanted to chime in. I think part of the problems is that people have different goals. Some people are looking for life partners, some people are experimenting, some people are figuring themselves out, so there's a whole different set of objectives and everybody is different. Personally, I have found that most of my progress has been internal, and I don't like the idea of treating people like avatars or NPCs to practice on. Life is real-life, this IS the big game, and I guess I don't understand what the goal is for people who just run the dating game. I mean, as someone who comes from a toxic, unstable family, I want a family because I don't have that support system innately.
      I really do feel for Whitney, because I really do think she is looking for a person that is her weight class, I mean she punches above the belt but she's an amazing human being, but she herself talks about how she goes for guys that reflect her neglectful father. I honestly don't know if "different but equal" means that women are willing to be the primary providers. I know that human beings have and can go beyond fundamental natures, but I think it takes a village and people don't like to let go of their preconceptions, but if people want to be treated better they have to consciously open up, look inside themselves, resist things that attract them BECAUSE of their past, and like somebody said here, "do the work"

      I think it's so sad people are waisting their lives, and put so much money and time to so call work on themselves, just to hope they will be closer to get a person who is just a fulfilment of their esthetic and sexual desires... it's all but pride and prejudice, they are so far from their selves and their inner emotions they probably never had a real fulfilling sexual and intimate experience..and amazing and fullish how millions of people are following them and looking to them as idols...

Also, I don't think either of them have the courage to be vulnerable...there would always be this shield up. I mean you aren't vulnerable right off the bat but I don't know that either of them could ever get there. Too bad, I think they are both really funny and both are hot but I just have this feeling that they would always be the center of a relationship.

    "You are programmed to stay for 9 months and move on after the pregnancy."
    That is complete nonsense. Think about it. It takes a year until a baby can even stand. It has to be taken care of for at least 15 years after pregnancy. If it was a boy, he had to be taught things a woman couldn't teach. That is clearly a job for two and without the support of the father, a woman became a burden for the rest of her tribe. That puts them immediately at the bottom of the social structure. Every man would make sure that his wife and his children have everything they need, before even looking for a single mom who "moved on".

    • @nardinit

    • @Garium87
      @Garium87 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @Truth If we look at examples of hunter and gatherer societies we find that men leave for several days to hunt. It is also true that women remain at the shelter and take care of the children. But how is any of that supposed to refute my point? Those women and children are still depending on the men to protect and provide for them, are they not? Isn't it a simple fact that men will always take care of their children and their women first? Pair bonding between men and women has always existed. This is why we find some form of a marriage ritual, universally in even the most primitive tribes.
