When I saw the thumbnail for this recipe, i hurried up and clicked on it it looks really good 😋😋, but I've never seen anybody use plantains for this nacho recipe

Thanks for watching and yes I came up with the idea to use plantain after I tried fried plantain with shredded cheese on top. I loved it!
