The egg on the wall theory is a good one, but it won't work. In GoT Daenerys mentioned to John the dragons didn't do well in the North/Cold. I'm also quite certain apart from Daenerys flying beyond the wall to rescue Jon, no other dragons are ever mentioned in ASOF to go beyond the wall. It would almost be fruitless to insert a dragon into Snow since Jon has no intention of having or using such power. It's my feel that Snow will be based on Jon's adventures beyond the wall and will have little to no screen time south of the wall.
I agree with the egg theory not working. However in fire and blood viserys does talk about vermithor being flown north beyond the wall to face an army of wargs, giants, and wildlings. Id like to think they brought Meleys as well seeing how she’s “no stranger to battle”
I thought vermithor was Darneaeys Dragons parent with silverwing tbh. Her three eggs don't have confirmed lineage but I never did think they came from the same parents. For some reason I thought her three eggs were related to the wild dragons in house of dragon.

Hate to be that guy, but: SPOILERS Vermithor really doesn't do all that much tbh. He has 3 battles, 2 of which are in the same town, and he somehow dies despite being the larger, tougher dragon. GRRM chose Tumbleton to be ground-zero for multiple dragons, same as the Dragonpit

this show lacks depth. it's missing a hound, a mountin, meliasandre, dothraki, a little guys telling jokes, Wizards and flaming swords. They only focused on who's going to be king or queen and in that retrospect it's one dimensional. For instance they could have e had a faceless man try to kill the Queen instead of the twin brother. It's kind of boring to me

Yup it was 13 dragons for the blacks and 4 for the green but the greens had Vhagar the tactical nuke of a dragon

Silverwing had three eggs that were sold in essos somewhere (cant recall where exactly) and those eggs later became danys dragons

Dany’s three eggs came from Dreamfyre, they were stolen from Dragonstone during Jaehaerys reign. They later sold in Pentos.
