So glad you shared about red light therapy. I just got a red light panel in August and I have experienced the benefits that you have mentioned. It is amazing! I smashed my thumb and it swelled up and looked to be very bruised. I put my hands on the right light panel and the bruising went away and it healed up quick. I had the beginnings of arthritis in my fingers and using the red light has taken the pain away. I pulled a muscle in my tummy, red light helped it heal remarkably quick.
I just purchased a large panel red light therapy. After a long time of research before my purchase. I actually got the platinum LED and I LOVE IT! This was my first day using it, and I already see and feel a difference. Thanks for the video great info here.
Like you I have been using Red/Infrared comb for 2 years and have experienced same. My first panel was JOOVV my second panel is Platinum. I sandwich myself between both. Also use Vielight for intra nasal/brain rejuvenation. Panels first thing in AM and brain stimulation in evenings.
@@geminiflower platinum has more power. They suggest 12" away. This is better because you get more coverage and less time spent. Joovv suggest 6". Their bigger panels cost a fortune.
I love my red light. Years and years ago I bought light stem for wrinkles and I had stopped using it it was a small handheld device ,well i was reading about how red light works for pain.I work 10 hr days and my heels hurt so bad, so i put it on my heel and it worked! So now i have DGYA (that isnt a A it's a symbol of some sort) and use it for my back my knee and feet. I also used blue light for acne which worked well also and coincidentally if I'm under a lot of stress I will get a cold sore on my nose and both lights helped it diminish within 3 days.
...and Joovv just released a new Go device this week 😅 It's $545 on presale, has both red and NIR in one and comes with a charging dock. hckait.com/joovv
Thanks for the review. I'd heard about blue blocks and not the other brand. I want to try it because I've got eczema and have had it for over 7 years. My health waivers back and forth as does my decisions on diet. Hopefully I can get one of these and heal my skin from the outside and my gut from within
I have never heard of this red light before. I am a 69 year old woman who has nerve damage. My toes are totally numb and painful. This is not do to diabetes, it was caused by inflation due to a lack of vitamin D. The doctors all miss it. They didn't even look. My feet have been like this for over ten years. They respond to compression. I have a leg pump. It helps. Temperature also effects them hot and cold both makes things worse. Do you think red light therapy could help me?
Hey Kait, could you please make a video on testosterone increasing routine or foods. I mean we get red meats, sleep, exercise, mono fats, etc but was wondering if you have insight on it💥thanks love the channel
One more question if I can please as I’m looking to purchase this product. You say you are using this on your face .What about red light going directly into my eyes. ? I guess you need to keep your eyes closed at all times.. Correct? Thanks again for all the info!
As far as I know, the red light is not harmful to your eyes. Probably not the best to start right into it but I don't keep my eyes closed when I'm doing it. I'm standing in front of my light right now typing this 🤗

I don’t think it produces vitamin D. As I understand vitamin D is produced from breaking cholesterol molecules in the skin when exposed to ultra violet light. What I personally do, is get my NO through red light. And my vitamin D3 nutritionally (via D3 + k2 supplements). Regarding eye sight someone else might know better but I’ve heard both, that either it can damage it but also could potentially help it. So I dunno.
