I had watched many past perfect lessons before watching your lesson and really it was simple and clear. If I had known you before maybe I wouldn’t have lost much time to understand the past perfect tense 😁💪👨🎓. THANK YOU.
Hello Teacher Andrew, at crown academy for English , my name is Sabir Gout , I'm from south Sudan , I'm living in Sudan (Khartoum) i wish you're doing great there . this is my first time to comment on your English lessons , so I'm really grateful to join you through it and let me thank you for your all extraordinary you're doing in English lessons, i crazy like it. God bless you .
This is one of the best explanation, past perfect can be very confused to English leaners. Thank you Andrew for you clear and perfect explanation. Well-done.
Hi Professor, and I just know you are because of your perfection in teaching and speaking. I love your strategy in teaching and I just love speaking in the present and past perfect tenses. It just makes a person sound so sophisticated and well educated. I am studying all your videos and must say that I adore the British accent. Who knows; someday I might just end up studying at Crown Academy of English or any other educational institution in Britain. My highest level of education is University but because of my background; my grammar is not up to par and even at university I hardly participated in class conversations. My S’s and D’s; simply put, my grammar was not good. I am surprised at myself now because of how I speak and thanks to you. I study two hours per day and I enjoy it. Thank you so much for these free videos and I cannot get enough. My major in university was Political Science and I am now more confident in speaking. I am planning on writing a book and with your permission; I would like to include your name because you are the avenue through which grammar was brought to me. I believe in prayer and a voice spoke deep within me that said, “You need to learn to speak.” We can all throw big words around but are they in the right tenses? I fasted and prayed for help and there you were. Here is the perfect tense professor; “If I had not studied your videos, I would not be able to speak confidently”. Am I correct? I event threw in an adverb at the end.
If I had had more money, I would have helping all the poor in the world. If I had had more money, I also would have visited all my favorite countries in the world. If you had studied hard, you would passed the exam. Thank you so much for your great videos
The Presentation you are making in Video form about tenses of English verbs is so clear & Excellent that any new leaner can understand them. Mr Andrew ! Thank you so much for the kind offer you have made through these lessons.
thank you for your presentation. in my two cents, your lecture is so interesting and clear. so we have three way to use past perfect: 1) using for an action which happened before the another action in the past. 2) indirect speech and 3) conditional sentence for what didn't happen in the past. I'll take advatage of my spare time to see all of your videos. thank you so much!
