I make my clients take a picture of their bottle stash and send before event so I can see ahead If I'm working with those big bottles. I have learned to always bring a funnel and I purchased squeezy bottles to quickly convert those big bottles to something useable
just a thought--bring extra 750 swing top bottles and a chalk marker...if you have to move on to the mags then you can quickly decant into a more reasonable bottle. Unless its at the bitter end then you might now opt to. But that's what I would do if there is still plenty of service time left.

Major corporations use what we call an S.O.P. Standard Operating Procedure. (sometimes with pictures.) Can be location specific in separate folder per venue.
I know you can’t put different alcohol into a bottle… is it ok to keep empty bottle so the customer can bring the big bottle and I just refill an empty bottle of course of the same brand. Can I use my empty bottle to avoid the stairs fatigue.. is that legal I guess is what I’m asking..

The last wedding I did they had them big ass bottles. It’s hard to move fast trying to handle those. I pray my gig tonight dosent have them 😅

What brand plastic cups do you use?
Do you have license to provide the alcohol?
You don't need a licence as long as your not selling it to the customer
