I pay my bartenders $25/hr then $30/hr for my bar captain and $40/hr for destination (plus hotel, mileage and meal per diem on the destinations). I pay $175/mo for my commercial kitchen plus $600/yr for food permit and $1000/yr for my liquor license. 😮

That depends. Do you want to physically bartend or hire bartenders? I can say that knowing how to do the job yourself is super helpful if someone decides not to show up for work.

Processing fees and cups etc are all business expenses and you should be able to write them off on your taxes unless the tax laws have changed
