    I realised that it's not the food itself, but the circumstances - like the time when I eat. I can eat A and react with terrible bloating at midday and eat A again in the evenings and everything is fine. So I guess again it's a question of my nervous system and in which state it is in

    Hi Miguel. Thanks for your online resources. I've just found your TH-cam channel yesterday. What sort things do you think someone who has been diagnosed with POTS should get tested to rule out the POTS is not being caused by a hypersensitive nervous system disorder?

    • @cfsrecovery
      @cfsrecovery  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey David, if you can get tested for things like Lyme and mold that would be great. What tests have you done so far?

    • @davidrogers3920
      @davidrogers3920 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cfsrecovery I don't believe I've had a test done for Lyme Disease - it seems like something conventional doctors may not test for in Australia.
      I have done a test for mold, which came back negative.
      When I did the NASA Lean Test my pulse jumped 40 beats per min when I went from lying down to standing up for 10 mins. My blood pressure remained normal.
      I had Dientamoeba Fragilis parasites in 2015, and got rid of them after a year of powerful antibiotics.
      Allergy tests were all negative.
      Endoscopy & Colonoscopy showed a small hiatus hernia, LC Grade C reflux oesophagitis, and erosive gastropathy.
      I have 1 gene for haemochromatosis (the H63D Heterozygous Mutation). This gives me high Ferritin levels in my iron studies.
      An Electrophysiology Studies (EPS) test showed when my arms are raised above me or in front of me it triggers different heart responses.

    Hey Miguel, don't know if you're still reading this. I never had severe food intolerances, but digestion problems like flatulance and constipation, which is really annoying. Since i know about the hypersensitive nervous system i stopped testing diets but eating normal again. The effect is: it's not getting any worse, but also not better. I am close to fully recovered, but still my belly looks like 4 months pregnant. Should I restart seeing doctors and find another route then the nervous system?

    what is your opinion on mold toxicity ? do you need to remove yourself from mold or just retrain your nervous system \

    • @cfsrecovery
      @cfsrecovery  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My opinion is mold toxicity is definitely not good and can lead to a lot of these similar symptoms because they put a ton of stress on the nervous system. Depending on the levels of mold in your body I think there are certain treatments that can help, where the stuff I teach come in is after the mold is removed form the body and the nervous system is just left in a hypersensitive mess.

      @@musicallife3981I’ve had mold illness multiple times (or continuously) as most of the houses I’ve lived in had black mold. The blood tests for mold are very expensive, I paid $1500 USD (not usually covered by insurance) but they will tell you exactly what type of mold is in your body. To detox, you have to live in a clean house/apartment, without any water damage. Then, I did a weekly session in an infrared dry sauna combined with taking activated charcoal orally. It took me about 6-8 months to feel better, then I moved and it turned out the new house had mold, so I started over again:(

    How much does your program cost and do you offer refunds if it doesn't work?

    • @cfsrecovery
      @cfsrecovery  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The cost really depends on access to me and I have to see if I can even help you first. I always recommend booking a strategy call to see if you're a good fit for the program.
      For refunds - YES. There is a 100% money back guarantee - AS LONG as you attend ALL the calls in the first 30 days and you go through the video modules, if you don't feel improvement or that this has made a major difference, you get a moneyback gaurantee (this is in the contract when you sign up). I'll just have to take your word for it that you don't feel any improvement if you request a refund. I also take attendance and can see people's activity in the program, so I see who's showing up and who isn't.
      There hasn't been anyone who did the work, participated on the calls, and didn't feel a difference within the first 30 days.

      To be honest I can't say for your specific situation, however what I can say is that there's a lady in the program right now who's had CFS for several years and a few months ago she had a bad case of Covid, blood inflammation, and a severe lung infection, and we were able to help her go from being scared to even step outside her house to walking a few hundred meters within 3 weeks.
