The chicken bullion added to beef is a mistake, beef should taste like beef. Its not cheap and I like my children to know the difference between beef and chicken.

Thank you for this - a great idea for someone to take to work When scooping out the flour into a measuring cup always , always tap the side to avoid large air pockets. Also for safety, stop chopping boards from slipping by putting a tea towel or damp paper towel underneath.

Very great recipes I like it and I will make one I make something similar but not as a bun like the whole tray and I add a lot of cheese to it too It gets meaty and chees bread So good

Don't give up, please! I never dreamed I could do it either, but now I find it easy. Maybe try with a no-knead recipe first, they can have excellent results.
Use bread flour always!!! It makes it come out great! Then always proof your yeast even if the recipe put theirs straight with the dry ingredients. So both instant or not should be proofed. Then finally try out no knead recipes first before entering more complex recipes. This should guide you to making great bread next time.
