Thank You for the wonderful video. I wish it were longer though. I remember my grandparents and other family members who actually lived there tell me a lot about the place. We used to go there every year to trout fish up until about 24 years ago. Unfortunately, my grandfather Mel Stalter (Poppy) passed away earlier this year. By the way, Elizabeth Stalter is my Aunt, we all called her Aunt Perk. It is amazing how fast time goes by and how short life is, seems just like yesterday hearing the stories my Grandfather (poppy), my Grandfather Robert Herbert (Big Bob), Clearance June, and all the others would tell me.
    Thank You. J.R.

Thank you for sharing. I became very interested in the towns history during my time at bear mountain, I’ve read your aunts book. I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your grandfather

I see that you’re in the Herbert cemetery and other properties but never mentioned them.

Muratori.... I hope you see the irony. Your last name means "bricklayers or builders" in Italian. ✌
