Does the rear monitor mirrors the radio screen? Like if I have CarPlay running, does rear screen mirror this. Or when I play a TH-cam video? Cause I already own an android unit for my Escalade which states rear entertainment monitor is supported. But sadly it doesn’t work.
My car is an Escalade ESV and has 3 monitors. The 2nd row monitor works well. The screen does not come out on the 3rd row monitor can i know the solution?
I purchased from a eBay vendor I sent him photos of my dash and manufacture date and stated mine is a esv with dual flip downs please help me I’m willing to pay for the correct harness or shipping even tho it was not my fault they sent the incorrect harness

So every time I connect the a/c controller it works for a little bit and then it would respond at this point I think the problem is the unit, please help 🙏
The air conditioner of this unit retains the air conditioner panel of the original car, you need to check whether the air conditioner of your original car is working normally.
Anyone have a fix for the battery drain? After installing mine, the battery dies in the Cadillac just from sitting overnight. Everything works great on the screen itself and it’s awesome, but somethings causing a parasitic draw and killing my battery overnight.
I have the same issue, but mine takes 2 days. I saw a comment on another video, and it said to take out the "info" fuse (number 22 inside the cabin fuse box). It has to do with OnStar and satellite radio. Maybe since we're removing the OEM unit, there's nothing to tell this fuse to shut down anymore. I work offshore so I haven't been home to try this yet.
I would like to see a video on how that would work with the two factory ceiling head units in my Escalade ESV. I have a little one and the movie are huge to have, especially during trips. Thank you.
Not one actual good review on this unit everyone who has tried installing it has either had problems or it stopped working .. make one that actually works I bought 2 of them and they never worked especially for the 2014 Escalade would be a beautiful screen if it actually worked well and lasted it doesn't.
Those are not screws those are bolts and there is a difference between a screwdriver and a ratchet. Youre using a ratchet. If you say screwdriver you'll confuse people. And it would help to tell what size socket you're using.

I've been all over the world and in many of those places they try to speak English to me. Americans just expect others speak English. Just think if they expected us to speak their language. Everything works on mine, Ac controls etc. the only problem I had in the beginning was that it had to be updated. After the update I was good

Yep. Replace your negative battery cable buy it from dealership or make sure its ac delco brand.

Try removing the fuse from the driver's side fuse box labeled "F22". It should be for OnStar. That should fix your problem!
