The battery life was 92%, now its 87%, now it doesn’t live a whole day, and you know how iphones are when it comes to battery life. If you spend most of your time outside i don’t recommend it for you, however if you don’t have a problem with charging it more than one time a day, i highly recommend it, its a fantastic phone👍
I personally own a 13 pro max, from what you’ve said I can only assume that that’s either 13 pro dimming the screen when there’s a bright content to reduce eye fatigue to prevent nausea from strobing lights that you may encounter on media consumption (you can turn this off in Accessibility > Motion > Dim Flashing Lights) or that may just be the screen dimming it self to prevent OLED burn ins in your screen. OLED can get significantly hot especially on a hot day, so to prevent burn ins, the do just that.
