Im 33. Broke my collar bone in probably 2003 on a cart very similar to this. Definitely worth it though with the 100's of hours of awesome. Have fun and be as safe as ya can be. Congrats Bentley on having a great dad like mine and Derek and Jessica for being awesome parents.
Looks like it has mud all over it at 4:03 - so we must have done a test rip. That thing looks like so much fun - you can drift all day in that thing. Nice job!
That baby runs as good as your Dads Lasabraaa. great job. Between you Ralphie and the young fella from speed bump I'd say wrenching on cars is safe for the future.
I think it is absolutely awesome that you have your own channel. You've got a great career ahead of you. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to lower the volume of your time lapse tunes. They are quite loud.
Great job Bentley! I really enjoy your videos. You might want to throw a roll cage on there, You never know when a deer is going to run out in front of you and you don't want him in your lap!
Bentley, I heard the recent engine running you installed the carburetor on in your Dad's Le Sabre. In addition, that you have finished this project, and the way it jets around blowing all the dusk off Rusty Acres, well, it makes you kind of like the music in this video: YOU ROCK DUDE! Congratulations!
I had a go cart back when I was 13. My dad put a 3 hp Briggs motor on it. I had so much fun with it. Nice to see you working on your go cart. You are doing a fantastic job with it. A+ PS Tell your day you need a better lit shop.
Good job Bentley, thats a heck of an engine you chose for your cart ! , That would make a good mud motor for my boat, Keep on wrenchin" , proud for you buddy. Keep up the good work ! , Appreciate you and your family.
That thing sounds AwEsOmE!!! Great job Bentley! I was concerned about the tailpipe sticking out as far as it does beyond the tires and frame, but it looks like you've got plenty of "elbow room" on your track...it'll be fine ...😎
very nice build. first upgrade you should do is get a live axle kit from temu for 200 that will bring the 9-11 hp that motor makes to life then later down the road do the internals on that motor (and a comet series TC) and it can make well over 20hp.. i have a couple i built here dyno'd. if ya have any questions shoot me a message im always happy to help out... have fun on that kart and be safe kiddo
awesome job Bentley nice go kart , you may want to put a support bracket on the exhaust for a bit of support to stop it vibrating , keep up the awesome work little dude
Hey bud you might need a brace or some sort of support on your exhaust pipe so it doesn't snap off from the engine and try to get your Dad to help you make both the rear wheels drive ! Great build and its the best way to learn how to drive
That's a burnout machine Bentley. I would consider shortening the exhaust pipe. Don't want to bump it into anything. Just a suggestion buddy. You're doing great 👍
Bentley, another great video, but if it was me, I would modify that exhaust tube and bring it inside that back tire zone...just a thought...keep up the good work!!!
Bentley your are the future of vicegrip garage. Good job keep it up.
That cart will teach you more about driving than a year of drivers ed, Great job !
Hot rodding a one wheel drive go kart teaches a lot about engineering. Well done, sounds cool, chain stays on and its a lot faster!
Nice engine for that go kart! Great job! It just needs converted to a post-trac rear end. With a disc brake on the axle.
I think you should let your dad weld the back driveshaft so you can have both wheels turning at the same time. I really like your videos, buddy.
I think he can do it himself he did some welding on the 35 ford.
Also needs to mount two pillow blocks with bearings sized for the dead shaft (or another of standard size).
I bet he can weld better than me.
He doesn't need his dad to do it.That boy can well just as good as any grown man
You may want to put a brace on the exhaust header. The engine vibration could crack it with it being as long as it is with no support.
Great job Mr Bentley. Sure y'all's dad appreciated the burnout on the barn floor😂. Keep up the great work.
Knowing Derek, he'd probably be like well why's there only one mark and not two
How many people read that in a Derek voice lol@Ellis157
What's a good burnout best leave on the ground?
Memories. 👍
So cool watching you young boys turn into young men got good parents and you're good kids love the channel
Bentley - install another engine next to that one and sync them together. BRING THE THUNDER
Well done, Bentley. Encourage your friends to pick up a wrench. Teach them what you know!
Great job, Bentley 👏 Thank you for sharing 👌 ❤
Looks like a lot of fun, thanks for sharing, all the best, Wishing yous a Healthy and Prosperous New Year
Greetings from South Portland, Maine! I love that license plate proudly displayed in the toolbox lid!
Man I remember my go cart days and I dont ever remember having as much fun as you was having. Good job
That exhaust reminds me of childhood builds. We used everything, including cans to make it go. Nice work.

A ton of fun watching you drive that beast on the trail. Thank you for sharing Bentley.
Regards from Sweden.
One wheel, time for a live axle swap. Cars and Cameras do them all the time. Nice work on it so far.
Great job Bentley. (Perhaps you could lower the time lapse music volume. It is very loud compared to your voice,)
Reminds me of the early 80's when I was short enough to crawl into a go kart! Glad to see ya have fun with it!!!
Enjoy your new ride, Bentley! It looks like lots of fun! Stay warm and safe, OK? I know you guys are having some crummy weather right now!
Those things are brutal off road with no suspension. Steering is abysmal as well. With that said, love and look forward to all of your videos.
That's how you learn how to drive. 😅
You got that right Bentley, it does great slides and drifts, it's a ripper !!
Looks like it has mud all over it at 4:03 - so we must have done a test rip. That thing looks like so much fun - you can drift all day in that thing. Nice job!
His kart track reminds me of one of the tracks we had out in the woods, ours had a bit more elevation changes. Great stuff!
Great work Bentley! That thing looks like a blast to drive! I woulda gotten in so much trouble on that at your age.
Sweet project can’t wait to see what you do with it in the future god bless you and your family 😊
I look forward to Little grip garage as much as I do seeing vice grip grage
Same here! 👍
Awesome videos keep em rolling 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
It was a lot of fun watching you rip around. It reminded me of when I was your age, same style go kart, sliding around the track .
That looks like so much fun!! Camber angle on right front may need adjusting. Should help with steering. Have fun!
Great job Bentley! No more efficient way to clean dirt out of your tires than to do a burnout on a big ole flat rock!
Bentley is definitely Derek's son he's becoming a big part of him as he gets older. Good job on the Go Kart its a ripper!
He's gonna be the one doing revivals with Derek
Your new ride turned out pretty good it does look like it would rip keep it
Thanks for sharing and taking us along.
Did a good job on it bud!
That baby runs as good as your Dads Lasabraaa. great job. Between you Ralphie and the young fella from speed bump I'd say wrenching on cars is safe for the future.
Thank you for sharing. Nice.👍
Hi Bently nice video 📹 and workmanship
Cool video Dude !! I loved that burn out !! And really love the 2 skid marks you put down as you took it out of the garage !!!
That Go kart has come a long way. Great job Bentley!
Good job li'l dude. Hope you have fun rippin' that one wheel peel ripper!
I'm pretty sure that's the 6hp model bud. Great lil engine
I think it is absolutely awesome that you have your own channel. You've got a great career ahead of you. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to lower the volume of your time lapse tunes. They are quite loud.
Especially with headphones 🎧 on. 🤣
DUDE! That thing RIPS!!! It just needs a posi-grip Live axle now!
Great job Bentley. You're right, she really does rip! You did a fantastic job on this build.
Great job Bentley! I really enjoy your videos. You might want to throw a roll cage on there, You never know when a deer is going to run out in front of you and you don't want him in your lap!

Thank you for inspiring me to get busy on my projects!
Awesome work Bentley! Keep up the progress on all of your vehicles.

Awesome! No suspension can't be easy on your backside. Stay warm Bieri's. Great Video! Thanks.
Need to put a different rear end in it so that you can have two wheel burnouts then you can do super wheelies
Add some tubing from the rear tube to3/4 the way up... it will help keep you in the seat and stiffen the chassis
Looks like enough room for 2 of those motors!
You rock little dude! Try like 45lb weight on the rear. Might help with traction.
Love that kart!! Need to weld up the axle and make it 2 wheel drive!
Love your content!! Love your family. You’re an amazing young man 😊
Bentley, you're doing a great job. Keep up the good work! Enjoyed watching❤
Weld up the axle for a live axle and you’ll leave so much. Awesome build!
I can't wait to see "Little Grip Garage Road Worthy Rescue"😁
Right-on Bentley, You Rock Lil Brother... Keep Pushin' On... Peace From Creel Chihuahua, Mexico...
Great job Bentley. I did a cart many many years ago. Might want to consider a chain guard. I got smacked a couple of times, ouch!
Great Job! Can you do a live axle with the sprocket in the middle?
Great build, enjoyed it.
Great to see the brothers such good friends. Greetings from South Africa.
You need a live axle and hydraulic breaks. Go power sports and small engine warehouse would be a cool sponsor for ya.
Go Power Sports needs this "Young Feller"
You are a awesome young man.😊😊😊😊
Great job and you're right, it rips! Maybe change out the rear end to make it two wheel drive!
Free range kid. Love it. Bentley great job. Glad to c u are being safe with helmet, etc.
Great job, little Grip. Your videos always are fun to watch. You and your great family have a great New Year🎉
Nice job, young man!
Man that thing scoots, good job! I had a similar kart when I was a kid, what a blast.
You should do a video series on updating your shop area and making it look awesome. Keep up the good work.
That would be cool with 2 motors on it. My dad used to race Go-Karts when I was a kid and he had two 5hp motors on it.
Only thing I'd do to it is add a live axle so both rears are driving--Nice job !!!
Nice go kart, I have fond memories of a go kart I had around your age, tons of fun!
Needs a live axle and youll be rippin! Good job
Let her rip, potato chip..!! Hi from Australia Bentley. you got some good driving skills young fella..!!
Great job Bentley!! You are a chip off the old block!! Nice mower also!! Keep it up!!
Great job Bentley 👍
Love the exhaust. Good job.
Man, she sure is a ripper! I can see you driving a sprint car someday there kiddo.
awesome job Bentley nice go kart , you may want to put a support bracket on the exhaust for a bit of support to stop it vibrating , keep up the awesome work little dude
Awesome job Bentley! Super ripper!
Hey bud you might need a brace or some sort of support on your exhaust pipe so it doesn't snap off from the engine and try to get your Dad to help you make both the rear wheels drive !
Great build and its the best way to learn how to drive
Nice, that thing does insane doughnuts!! Keep up the vids.
You are an incredibly capable person
Good job Bently! I was doing pretty much the same thing at your age. Have fun!
Great job dude, keep up the good work, stay safe and have fun.
That's a burnout machine Bentley. I would consider shortening the exhaust pipe. Don't want to bump it into anything. Just a suggestion buddy. You're doing great 👍
Excellent work Bentley.
Ol dad cruisin up in a vette
Double the tire width...maybe bigger rear wheels, and weld that axle up
Bentley, another great video, but if it was me, I would modify that exhaust tube and bring it inside that back tire zone...just a thought...keep up the good work!!!
Wow, that thing really rips! Awesome job, keep it up and you will be doing more on Vice Grip Garage. Stay safe!
RIP floormat @5:56 😅
I had 3.5, 5.0, and 8.0 horsepower go-carts, which all went well on pavement. A 16HP is insane.
You are a chip off the old block Bentley. Well done young man.
