I literally bought like 20 headbands of every color and 50 scunci’s of every color. Crazy thing is I don’t have any hair. 🤗I got them for all my wigs. Its gonna be some updos braids, buns and pig tails all winter.

Ive been doing this. Alternating between twists and braids. I have not parted my hair in almost 3 months lol. I just wash and condition/deep condition, apply leave in while wet, let it dry and retwist/rebraid with more products. My hair pissed me off so its on probation until further notice 😂
Will it detangle? does it prevent breakage? I'm asking because I'm trying out twists for the first time, i always went with a puffy pony tail so I'm trying to change it up.

Ask your friends to visit you. I have a friend that recently moved to Cali and I didn't want to visit because I wanted to give them space to make new friends and enjoy getting settled in. But as soon as they asked me to come and visit I booked a flight 3 that same day for about 3 weeks out. And we had a blast. I had the time and money to go I just didn't know if they were ready to host yet.
Oh my Lawd, I feel you 100% on having friends when the relationship is unbalanced... I know it sounds cliché BUT, it's less drama to keep your circle small. And you'll never know what's going on with your besties on the east-coast coming to visit if you don't ask! I felt the same way & come to find out they thought I was too busy for THEM!
Best thing you can realize is that a one friend cannot meet all needs. Certain people are in your life for certain things, and that’s for you to figure out and set boundaries!
I stop visiting my hometown. My friends & family is just social media & phone communication. Some ppl literally stuck & don't wanna leave, but not my problem lol.
I just take my mines out every 2 weeks and redo them because if any type of water touch my scalp,my roots would poof and shrink so bad that my twist would be standing on end while untwisting at the root.

The metal isn't exactly infinitely recyclable but it's VERY VERY REUSABLE. It also makes the product more durable. Like at all of my jobs we've never had those crack or break or explode in shipment. But I understand we at that age we're trying to navigate friendships long distance and otherwise it can be a lot to balance. This video definently gave me some meal ideas as well as hair plans for this winter love some twists.
1) I JUST took my mini twists out and YES those little tangles are not it 2) I have the same issue with friends in az and just my adult life in general. I keep my hair in twists and rewash my hair weekly. It’s time consuming, but I take each twist down and put a deep conditioner or clay mask in. My hair (4a/b) will tangle if I just put the conditioner or whatever on my twists without untangling them. My hair is mid back length now (my profile picture is old).
