The rust weathering for a Gaslands type car here is some of the best i’ve Seen.
I think the biggest hold up for most people is that they are afraid to start somewhere. This is the stuff that inspires.
Awesome. The blue color is perfect. Works perfectly.
Amazing job on the weathering and rust.
That Chevelle looks Savage, that's cool
Great build, the paint and details are just awesome.
That is a badass Chevelle. Awesome job Keith
Now that is COOL !
Beautifully done. The rust and details might be the best I've seen.
Thanks!
Awesome Modification!
Turned out amazing
Love that windshield, a 4 inch thick slab of steel with a hole cut in it. Awesome build.
Very well done🔥🔥🔥‼️
Great build off
I am a huge fan of your work and I love Danny's renditions of "gaslands" diecast cars. I really love the job you did on this car, great job!!!
Baddass looking build
Very well done Keith, nailed the rust effects! These build off videos always bring out everyone's best work.

AWESOME JOB I LIKE ALL 3 BUILDS EACH IS A UNIQUE AND DIFFERENT APPROACH ☆☆☆☆☆
Totally love the creativity of each of the three cars! I love watching your work and you crushed it yet again.
Awesome job bud, looks great. Love the weathering and rust, the boot came out particularly good!. Classic we both chose Chevelles ;)
Nice build.
Even in the apocalypse one must retain a modicum of style.
Mega! Cheers!
Great job
I'm really glad your using the technical paints. They work so well.
Yeah. Glad I started as well. I have a long way to go, but they are definitely worth trying
Sick... I can totally see that being a terror on the wasteland! Especially when the heavy riffs kicked in.
That's awsome I love it!
My dad has a 1970 chevelle ss 396 and you arent wrong about the rusting. The piece behind the back glass in his chevelle is rusted out. Hopefully i get that car one day. Good work and amazing build

I live in N.E Ohio and I've seen plenty of Chevelles and Monte Carlos rust away and you nailed it !
Great work ! 🍻
Hey its me again I’m not much into post apocalyptic stuff anymore I even changed the way I play gas lands now but you did it good job on this it looks really good just wanted to tell you
Cool sehr schöne Interpretation des Mad Max Themas
love your work. One day maybe I can get in on one of these build offs
I'd like to see that. The more builds the better :)
Awesome build!!!! Especially for a change of direction, true master of mayhem
Lagoona Blue is a Monster High character.
This really looks awesome, great call on that awful blue colour too it actually works really well with it.
Also learnt a few things from this too, def going to have to try something like this myself. Cheers.
Looks cool love it
The hoodlums of the Apocalypse score one for the good guys well done my friend
Really cool way to do the rust effects. Also is one of my favorite vehicles that you've customized thus far. Now I know how to make different sized chassis fit the bodies of the cars I buy. Thanks for another awesome video. I'm always looking forward to seeing your Post Apocalyptic conversions, as well as most of your videos.
Thanks. I appreciate the input. Glad you liked it, I really enjoy these style builds
Looks badass.
Looks awesome loving the rust effect
awesome keith
It looks amazing, you did a fantastic job. You definitely get a 100% from me, keep up the good work.
Ha! I LOVE the single hole for the driver! Awesome build!
This reminds me of one of my first customs.
I bought an Olds 442 on the big chassis, and had a Dodge Challenger drift car. I wanted “normal “ wheels for the 442, and was a big fan of the first TheCrew game, and my favorite raid car was a Challenger. The 442 base was trimmed and cut to fit the Drift Challenger. I’ve yet to make the screw holes, but it was fun until I made its white double stripe a drunken mess.
I have just started hot wheels conversions as a hobby especially post apocalyptic and you are somebody i watch regular and subscribe to thank you .
Awesome mate!... looks beefy and mean, excellent detailing, nice work👍
what r u talking about Keith....awesome color!
Things bad ass.. grate job
Lol, Awesome, I dig that thing!!
Hey man thanks for the good content I just found your channel a few days ago and I've been hooked since you have inspired me to dig through my old cars and refinish some of them from my childhood I do collect alot of hotwheels and die cast so thanks for the inspiration and keep the vids coming
Another insanely done custom LOL!!!Awesome job as always!!!
I'm doin somethin like this with a 70 Charger and a F150 Raptor and I kept the grey wheel wells from the raptor too.
Very cool! Looks like it is kept in an underground garage and only used on weekends to kill and maim for water and petrol !!!💀💀( Two skulls up, ha ha!)
Great work Keith I really like that painted rust effect! Hey how about a TV show challenge were we convert a car into something from TV Land of our choice?
Maybe. A lot of those cars have already been made via Greenlight diecast. But I am sure we can come up with something. email me at outlawspeedshop2001@gmail.com and we can hash out details if you want
Have you ever noticed the whole skull thing was never prominent in the original Road warrior,or Thunderdome? I think the Landau in the road warrior (first car chase) had a chrome skull hood ornament. But that's about it.
Awesome!... Lead Belcher..... Didn't they open up for Spinal Tap?...... All those color names sound like hard rock/metal bands! 😂LMAO!.. Love it!.. Great build!
Lead Belcher always turns their volume up to 11. :)
Hi great job. Where do you have find your wheels for the car ? You have a link ? Thanks
For this build I got them at bluemeanietsicustoms.com
I would drive that now much less after the apocalypse!
Haha! Me too!
😃😃👍👍👍🎸🎸🎸🎧💻
Did you spray on the Laguna Blue? Did I miss something? ahh..airbrush.
Homie... You guys keep forgetting I'm a builder too and I build post-apocalyptic vehicles (There's a few on my channel) Y'all wanna include me in this build-off?
I did forget. But this one wasnt my baby, I want invited. Next time I absolutely will!
@@OutlawSpeedShop2001 Cool beans, and... I'm gonna enter a build to this anyway, lol. I'll have it up by this evening. Going with an old Mercedes Matchbox ambulance as a base
Why dont you try head pins for axels?
They already have one end flattened and they're almost the perfect size compared to say hotwheels axels
hey, so I'm doing this thing with dannys diecast disasters baremetalhw and matchbox garage where I send them all different cars to customize into madmax cars, and have them send back to me to compare and was wondering if I could do the same with you
Ken Overby is his name
I see that Unimog primered up in the background... What are you up to? You just can't tease us like this! 😁 Even if you paint it hot pink with little yellow flowers, I'll still watch the video.
P.S. Please don't.
😆😆😆😆😆
Lol. Due out this coming Saturday. And no hot pink lol
I was like #666 🤘🏼
Hey, I had a quick question, how would a brand new channel get in on one of these challenge builds?
Depends on how "new" it is. Most youtubers do these challenges as a way to either cross promote viewership or help a smaller channel grow. When it comes to cross promotion, obviously both parties would need to have a decent amount of subs and viewers. For the second part, I can't speak for everyone, but I look for a channel that has maybe 10-12 consistently posted videos(meaning for example, one a week for "x" amount of time). With this second one, its usually done to help give the smaller channel a boost because they are doing well and just haven't gotten that "Break" yet.
@@OutlawSpeedShop2001 I gotcha, I have a second channel and have posted 3 videos so far. I look forward to making more videos and possibly taking part in a challenge! thank you for your time.
