I'm looking to buy this and also the Sculpfun engraver dust proof protective box 720 x 720 x 360. My question is this: are the camera too big to be used with the protective box?

That's super creepy. If that's the case, they really should up their game. They should show cognition of their behavior or get wiped off to the side by their competition that wont overlook the potentials for being as user friendly rather than ignorance towards. I just bought a s30 ultra with the 33watt laser, it better work really, as in tested before it was put into a box for shipping. The packing material foam better be more than enough to avoid shipping damage, some companies fail in that dept I have noticed. What was wrong with your 2 non working machines, and have they sorted it out since the 9 months that your adventure rather than simple painless purchase you should have experienced? In my case, I bought the s30 expansion kit because the ultra is a s30 too..but after buying the kit, I noticed people saying they were mislead into buying the extension kit too, and that is a new adventure for me to sort out due to the lack of careful marketing of a product line. Why call it a s30 expansion kit and leave out the critical detail of it not working for an s30 that isnt older than their latest s30 ultra? I will have to maybe source out items that sculpfun wont keep in stock nor offer as a solution, even though they could if they wanted to up their game, and save face for making a bunch of customers accidently purchase extension frame kits that they wont even be able to use without some additional understanding of the exact exact motors, the whatever it this adventure is going to take to reach being functional. I might have to buy their competitors controller card even, I dunno, I wanna keep it all sculpfun but if scupfun doesnt care, then its xtool or the others for my future purchases when it comes to laser. It bugs me to have scrolled through this comment section, noticing few replies from sculpfun...I could contact their CEO to enact marketing team participation, they'd thank me if it boosted sales and customer satifaction, it goes without saying though or shouldnt have to be mentioned when questioning forms of authority at their own game.
