I started using my S9 laser 3 month ago, and since then any free time spends cutting different new wooden shapes. This S9 can make anything I dream of, even if much slower, than my thoughts fly to new projects and designs. I don't know what the capabilities of an S30 ultra could have, but it would definitely be like climbing from a car to a private jet.
I've been using the S9 in the shop for over a year, and haven't had to replace a single component. I'm throwing saw dust everywhere, and that thing gives 0 Fs. Haven't even adjusted a belt. I would definately like an upgrade. Increase cutting and speed? Ya, let's do it!

I definitely need this! I have the Sculpfun S9 with the first laser they released for it that is a bit different. Even their air nozzle for the S9 wouldn't work on mine. Luckily, they are a good company and when I said something they sent me the air nozzle that fits mine. Good company, I want their best upgrades!

Dans ce kit il y a une carte mère à changer afin d’avoir la possibilité de se servir de l’ait automatiquement lors de la découpe. Cette carte mère est-elle compatible au fonctionnement du module laser S30 ou su j’achète un S30 serai-je obligé de racheter et d’installer une autre carte mère pour son fonctionnement.? Merci!

I love that Sculpfun has these upgrade kits. I would love to upgrade my S9 to the 33w. What a time saver that would be, only addition I would make is strengthening of the rail for extra weight to stop high speed wobble. thank you
I’d love to upgrade my s9, it has been a workhorse and sculpfun have been a great brand. I’d probably lean towards the 22W module. More than happy to do a review, I’d be really interested to put it through its paces and compare the engraving quality with cutting capability!

Hi, I just have my S9 laser and I have a bit of an issues. Every time when I want to work I have to press mirroring cus when I don't it engraving the project reversed. How can I work normal without pressing mirroring at LightBurn? Thank you!

The S9 upgrade kit is a game changer for an already great machine, the only change would be some sort of cover for the exposed limit switch, it would most certainly be a nice addition to my S9 well done Scupfun team.
I got my kit today but have a problem my laser does not work, not sending the laser signal, the mother board came with a blue connector that is empthy and in the manual also the video sed to use the withe with the blue color in order to power the laser. is that correct in my motherboard that also have a blue conector empty? or the blue has to be connected to the empty blue connector?
I love my S6pro, been using for about a year now. The 22w upgrade kit looks great would love to give it a go. you should go ahead and throw in the cables for those with the extension kit upgrade.
Ok, so we upgraded to the 33W and everything is connected correctly, however when we attempt to cut or engrave (or use the laser) it does not do anything - the unit runs over the material as if it is cutting, but the laser does not start.... Is there a setting somewhere we might have missed ???

Подскажите пожалуйста Столкнулась с такой проблемой скульпфан s9 Скачала и установила пробную версию Лайт Берн , хотела выгравировать картину на всю рабочую часть лазера ,но почему при движении по осям он начал дребезжать ,будто ему места не хватает.хотя все параметры размера рабочей части он автоматически при установки программы он установил сам. В чем может быть проблема? Может вы сталкивались с такой проблемой

What a great ugrade kit. Love to try it. At the moment I have made less projects because it takes to much time. The S9 is offcourse a great machine but the 33W is on top of my wishlist

The only thing i see missing in this machine is a big emergency swith button. I have the extension kit on my S9. This upgrade is compatible with th extension? Do i have to buy anything else? Longer cable?
Wow! this upgrade is great as I get busier and get to make more wooden products. would it be great to be able to do this faster with a 22 or 33 watt laser instead of my S9- 5 watt laser. That will save me so much time and I can make even more products. 🎉

Caveat Emptor or BUYER BEWARE! I paid the $699 to get the upgrade to my S9 and now I'm told the existing S9 frame won't support the weight of the new laser and I now must use slow speeds to even hope to get text to be what they are. One would think they would understand this BEFORE selling it. So after installing everything I now have an 33W upgraded S9 that will not work as I expected. Come on sculpfun send me the frames I need!

These upgrades look promising. When I bought my S9 a few years ago, I never thought a diode laser would be able to do what Sclupfun is doing now.

This is good news! Great kit for older machines or for people with newly found new needs for power when cutting.

I have the kit extension, has not it problem the long of cables?
The wires in the kit are only suitable for the standard version of the machine, and the extension wires will be sold separately.
