So great, some of my most favourite musicians on the same stage, the Allman Bros. with a Crosby song, and Lesh on bass...just watch Crosby when Derek starts his solo.
I love the way Nash and Crosby take pauses and just groove on Warren's and Derek's guitar playing. It's obvious they love what they do. And Crosby's voice, Holy Cow! How is that even possible after all these years? RIP Mr. Crosby and thank you for your gift to us all.
I am so grateful this was recorded, never mind there should have been 8 broadcast cameras and a pro mixer outputting for prosperity thank you to the person who had the brains to see its value and share
Seeing Phil play with Croz is giving me goose bumps. Imagine the flashbacks those two were having from the David and the Dorks/If I Could Only Remember My Name sessions... Thanks for proudly flying your freak flag after all these years, David.
Man! So many anthems C.S.N.Y. put out that still give me goosebumps. I wish I was back there again. So glad to see west coast, east coast, southern, etc greats getting together these days. Never thought it would happen & overjoyed that it is. A lot of these guys had friendships going back decades that the fans never knew about. Dylan & Garcia? Amazing. I wish there were some recordings of them sitting around at Jerrys.
Went to this show with my bro and some dear friends. Will never forget it. It was my last ABB show. Fitting it was at the Beacon with some of the most legendary artists off the age. Rest in Rage dear brothers!
You mean when Graham and David suddenly stop playing, and they and Phil watch Derek in awe, and Warren is smiling with Graham in amazement? Is that what you mean by no one noticing?
Really liked this. However, five guitars and a drummer did not in my opinion do better than the live version done by Stone City with three guitars and a drummer. Stone City in my view did the best version not done by CSNY. With so many guitars here I wondered if BJM were actually on stage....
Quite so, but this performance would have been unbelievable live. This video was filmed with a cell phone and it still ripped. Those 32 bars from Warren hayes and derek trucks was face melting.

yeah warren is great but derek's in his own class
Rest in music Croz and may your freak flag always fly.
So Glad that Derek Trucks and this song met.
Love watching Crosby watching Warren Haynes!

Thank you David Crosby! Your music helped to ease my soul many a days. Rest now musical genius.
Kudos to Warren Haynes, amazing!
Incredible guitar work, re-writing the song.
Fantastic, what a gem.
I'm always amazed that Crosby's voice is still so strong after all these years

David Crosby-- you're the best! Thx!
Wow this is beautiful never seen this thank you. Oteils face when the song starts is why I love music.
He's sitting to the side of phil
some serious talent on that stage. love Warren Haynes!
Such a great video. So much talent on that stage! So sad that we just lost Davis Crosby. The band up in heaven is just getting bigger and bigger!
RIP Butch Trucks, Greg Allman, David Crosby, Phil Lesh and Brian Farmer (Warren Haynes' Guitar Tech)...
Long Live One The Greatest!
Love seeing Oteil's face, so enjoying this moment.

Thank you so much for posting this, brother.
Excellent
Love David♥️🎶😧
Watching Brian Farmer and Oteil rocking out just to the right of Phil.
yes!
Otiel is certainly enjoying it.
Lesh on Bass. Nice.
Have to love it!
Go Phil!
Anybody notice Nash seems to be ignoring Crosby completely? Standing with his back to Cros most of the song.
Derek rips it up and nobody on stage seems to notice

To you long haired guys: DON'T CUT YOUR HAIR!

The song is great, but I've seen / heard much better live versions.
Quite so, but this performance would have been unbelievable live. This video was filmed with a cell phone and it still ripped. Those 32 bars from Warren hayes and derek trucks was face melting.
Is this the Geritol tour???
