The Grande Preserve at Cypress Lakes community amenities

The Grande Preserve at Cypress Lakes is a community in the Upper East Side of Orlando consisting of 1,268 single family homes.
Community amenities include a residents only clubhouse with a billiards room, lounge, kitchen, and fitness center. Onsite there is a large community swimming pool with lap lanes, water slides and splash area for the little one. Also near the clubhouse is one of two playgrounds as well as the tennis/pickleball courts.
Exactly 1 mile from the clubhouse heading North on Cypress Lakes Glen Blvd is the second playground, basketball courts, open fields and 2 gated dog parks.
The HOA dues as of February 2024 are $205 a quarter.
Minimum lease period is 1 year and all leases must be approved by the homeowners association board and/or management.
