I have replaced my 2013 clutch as shown in video but am unable to get the staked nut tightened to the 94 ft lb as the service manual says. I had to use a Milwaukee impact ratchet to break the staked nut loose. There is very little room to work on it. My bike has a lot of play in the drive train when I try to re-tighten the nut with my torque wrench and does not have enough swing room for the torque wrench to click even once. The inner basket rotates 15 degrees clockwise and then rolls back counterclockwise due to the play. I have not found a tool to hold it in place and the play makes the impact ratchet bounce back and forth. Dealer says only way to tighten the nut is to "pull the motor" for $2500

كابتن انا عندي مشكله بدراجتي احس كانا لاعشقت فيه فراغ ببعض الغيارات هل هي من الكلتشات

الكلتشات اذا كانت مستهلكة يكون فيه ضعف بالانتقال بين التعشيقات وخشونه وتلاحظ ارتفاع دوران المحرك مع ضعف بالعزم
وانصحك بالتشيبك على زيت الكلتش قبل اي اجراء
قد يحتاج الى تغيير زيت الكلتش
طيب لو المشكله بغير الزيت وش بتكون ي كبتن

There is no way you can remove the center nut with 0ut an impact drill . impossible by hand , especially if the friction disk are burned .
It is not impossible.. it was able to decode by hand only
