Hi Glenn, it's a great kit to build . Mines Built, finished and in the loft as no time to run it unfortunately 😕 You would enjoy the build and the way it goes together is on another level.
What I like about Schumacher's approach to 1/10th 4WD is that they have stuck to belt drive when every other manufacturer has gone to shaft drive. It is a unique car and still performs at the highest level.
Not a bad KITT at all that Schumacher. For people that want a good basher or racer. Definitely opt for one, but I prefer the prop shaft over the belt system. Not really a fan of it, but it looks insane enough to wanna drive it straight up!!! 👍
Seems like a 2wd with a belt driven system would be awesome, because you could put the motor anywhere, people are always trying to move the motors forward, for example b7 with 5 gear transmission, with a belt they could put the motor as far forward as they wanted to
Can anyone confirm if parts from this could be made to be used in db01 and trf cars? I would love those caster blocks and steering blocks and driveshafts on my db01 car . Basically the whole front and rear suspension ends
It is a nice spec-out car, but the styling of modern 1/10 buggies is hideous! 1/10 buggies are now just scaled down 1/8 buggies in design. Gone are the Carbon fiber chassis, replaced with a slab of heavy aluminum. The bodies are aerodynamically better and hideous.

Great video! Nice to see a modern day belt drive. Not very common anymore.
Well not in buggy at least! Yeah but belt drive is awesome
Nice one Glenn! Always great seeing a schuey!
Thanks for watching 😅
Thanks all involved its great to see these type of thoroughbred racing machines! Great stuff.
The L1R looks like a lovely bit of kit, Schumacher do some awesome chassis' really. Great video as always!!

Yeah I believe it’s just done very well at the IFMAR Worlds 😅
Just got back from the model shop and this video is waiting for me! Perfect way to finish my Sunday!👍👍
Great fast buggy, Dennis has some real cool stuff.
Can't wait to see this running Glenn. 👍
Very aspirational buggy for me Glen.. I would love one!!
Very interesting design. If nothing else Schumacher do things a bit different. Belt drive is a nice change too.
There a work of art, just the cab forward look 🤮 i would love them to go back to the purple alloy 👌
Purple alloy 🤩🤩🤩
The adjustment on that thing is on another level, I want to buy one just to see how the high end RC cars go together.

Excellent thanks for watching 😇👊🏻
What a beast😁 I like it👍👍

I have one waiting to get built, but I really want to fix my 501x first. We'll see what gets finished first=)
Would be interesting to compare to the best of Tamiya's racing buggies of the past to see how things are done differently
I def compare it to my trf503!
My girlfriend wondered what I'm watching... "aaah that feels soooo good" 😂
Its an engineering beauty
Do you recon they could do a touring car version like the used 2 bk in the day is it best asking Schumacher
Someday I’ll have an old school Schumaker cat or cougar to go along with my namesake shumaker

That is basically a Schumacher trf 503.
Nice looking kit. When will you do a review of the traxxas slash 4x4 just to give your opinion on it. 😊 Have a wonderful day.
Haha I’ve no idea if that will ever happen lol 😂
@@RCLegends2022 it would have to be a Traxxas trx1
I might know someone with a TRX1- I’ll see if I can make it happen…
