I was once talking to a guy (about to date him) but he wasn't making me a priority. He wouldn't text me back, but he would post on social media and say some suspect stuff about relationships. Well, long story short I cut him off, but still followed him on snap chat. I was obsessed with looking at all his snaps. Then I finally unfriended and I like never think about him or obsess over him anymore. A weight was lifted off so PLEASE take this advice. It works!

That is why it is called “following”... the word following came to a completely new meaning through social media, but really if you consider its literal meaning it sets things into a new perspective: if you want to move on, you CAN NOT follow someone... it is the opposite of what moving on means...

I think sometimes people want to try to prove that they're the bigger person and unfollowing seems petty. But if that person didn't care about you or you just need to move on, you need to care for yourself and unfollow! At least for some time, esp if you have agreed to stay friends and need time to adjust and release your relationship...
This is very true, I've been trying to get over one guy for almost 5 years and I was really stuck in it. I've finally unfollowed him about a year ago and I'm very lucky that I did. From that point, I was able to start building my own life, which has helped me a lot and I'm able to see things differently now. However I think I haven't had the courage to do so earlier because I was afraid he would see me as weak, if he find out.
It's kind of like taking a test and wondering how your neighbor is doing on the test. Worrying about how your neighbor is doing won't help you answer any questions right.

Can you do a video on how to accept an apology that will never come? Whats your advice on regaining yourself worth when someone has used you and made you look foolish. Its hard to stay graceful & holy when all I want to do is yell and scream at the person who used me.

As always you are right! Years ago my ex broke up with me and unfriended me on facebook. At first I hated him for that but then I was grateful: moving on was so much easier without seeing his face facebook and without being able to stalk him on social media

I want to just be happy and single but am constantly reminded of what I don’t have. And I feel like it’s a bit harder for me because I’ve never had any relationship, and I have friends getting married and I don’t know how to get the jealousy monster off my back
A mentor and close friend at my church had decided to resign from his leadership position and move churches because he couldn't work with another leader. It has Burt me so much as this has happened to me before. He didn't even have the decency to tell me individualy but he told other youths. He brought me to Jesus and meant so much to me. But he hasn't made an effort to talk to me for the last to weeks and his leaving next week. When He told the other people he said I wanted to tell you guys first because I love you so much. makes me doubt if he ever cared. Our church is struggling right now with many issues and people leaving and now he is to. I'm very mad, hurt, and broken hearted. My family aren't Christian so I really look to you for advice. Especially since he was my mentor

I would advice to get out of your comfort zone for your sake and move on. It doesn't have to be awkward. I just don't do Facebook anymore. I do Twitter, Pinterest,snap chat and follow TH-cam people I like/are encouraging🤗 It's mostly family. I don't want/need to know, or want everyone to know what I'm up to without having to do the work themselves/myself. It helps me so much mentally too. I have a wonderful life and want to enjoy it!!
This is helping me alot even though I don't follow him, I had to block him because he messages me when he's lonely and I had to block his new girlfriend who was my friend, and she didn't believe me that he cheated alot and I know he still does

OK I had already unfollowed him but were still friends on fb. I just took a deep breath and hit the unfriend button, and it was hard, but I DID IT!!!
