@@Grimaria True enough, but the vaccine / anti-vaxxer "debate" does make it extremely easy to identify who some of the entitled parents are. Of course not all entitled parents are antivaxxers (though it's probably true to say that most are), but every anti-vaxxer parent is inherently entitled. Not only that, but any parent who denies vaccinations to their own kids (without a bona fide medical justification) is guilty of child abuse. The term "anti-vaxxer" is far too mild and not quite accurate: It should be referred to as "disease enabling", because that's the reality of the anti-vaxxer position, regardless of any "rationalisations" they invent to suit their beliefs.
I love the second story, honestly is a pleasant surprise to see a child who was cottled and doted on actually rebel against their entitled and narcissistic parent. Most of these stories love to make the children either act like the entitled parent, or just embarrassed at their parent's attitude.

Chicken pox has an incubation period of about a week. If the kid infected the other child he/she would not have any symptoms for about a week. If the others got it they were all infected about the same time as the original kid. Fir introducing the virus to the other kids she made them all susceptible to shingles, which often recur, and are very painful.

Hence why parents would get together to expose their kids to chickenpox when someone came down with it. Sounds crazy, but it's true.

Actually in “Ye Olde Times” (early seventies) trying to get kids chicken pox is something parents would do because they wouldn’t get it later, the kid with chicken pox became like the most popular kid in school for a week straight. It’s pretty epic
Blue Smoke the conversation could have happened close enough to the classroom, or they could have heard about it from someone. Something like this happens, I think the teacher would probably tell the kids something about what happened
Early childhood professional here; when it comes to rules regarding chickenpox (at least in my province), we don’t send a kid with chickenpox marks home right away, unless they’re too sick to participate, and then they’re expected to stay home until they’re healed. This is because chickenpox is the most contagious up to two days before the rash appears. So while we might isolate and/or immediately call parents to pick their child up with other illnesses, we don’t necessarily do so if we see pox marks; because all the other kids in the room have probably already caught it a few days ago (if they haven’t had it yet, or not been vaccinated). Yes, I agree that no parent should force a kid covered with itchy, crusty blisters to go to school. This is just explaining why the principal probably wasn’t immediately concerned. As for the kids who immediately started itching after he came in; that’s a natural, psychological response to seeing an illness that causes severe itching. It kinda gets into your head. Either that, or they’d caught the pox from the kid earlier and were just starting to blister.
For the kid with the chicken pox, they actually were already too late. Chicken pox is contagious BEFORE the spots appear. The kid had chicken pox before the spots appeared, and therefor spread it to the rest of the class before they had the chance to do anything about it. No one else was in any danger once the spots appeared.
Incubation time for varicella (chicken pox) is 14 to 16 days according to cdc. it was probably either psychosomatic or the other kids who got chicken pox before the 14 day period had been exposed around the same time (2 weeks earlier)
Chickenpox incubation is about 2 weeks so the kids probably started itching as a visceral response to seeing him, and got sick because he'd exposed them before knowing he was sick.
11:13 when grandma passed away early August - something that sounded like an engine or.....rSlash chose that moment to fart XD 😅😂🤣 You need to increase volume to hear it clearly. PS: use a headset or the sort.
Wait has no one else ever heard of a chicken pox party? My wife was specifically put in a room with a child that had Pox in order to catch it. Chicken Pox is not dangerous to MOST children as long as it is contracted early. Atleast that’s what I’ve always been told.
Here's the thing: I live in a rather small, Northern European country. We don't vaccinate children against chicken pox, unless they have a family history of having severe consequenses of going through the disease. The country where I live in it is actually encoraged to get children infected with chicken pox because after you've had it once you develop an immunity against the disease (in most cases about 95% of them). Children endure chicken pox rather well, only having slight fever and itching marks, where as in adult cases it can be lethal (fever goes so high it causes damage, throat swells so much you can't breath etc.). So vaccination against chicken pox can be a bit over protective in most cases. But yet again, I don't know what kind of bacterial-, immune- or vaccination system people have espescially in the US or other countries. I'm deffinetly not an anti-vacciner, but I do think that some vaccines are necessary and some are not.
I was wheezing with laughter when they said that they were licensed chiropractors because MY chiropractor is an insane conspiracy theorist (I have a genetic disorder and he blamed it on the covid vaccine lmaooooo)
Satoshi Tajiri had a great imagination. I'm not a Pokemon fan although I used to love the anime when I was tiny, but I can still appreciate all the worldbuilding that was put into it. I mean, all the Pokemon, all the attacks, all the different levels, etc. Also, does that mean that as a Ditto advances, you can teach them every attack depending on what Pokemon they transform into? I've heard Ditto has terrible stats, but shouldn't their stats be invalid considering they never battle as themselves?
Back in the sixties they used to actually have chicken pox parties where if one kid got sick everyone in the neighborhood would let their kids hang out with the sick child at a party so that all the kids would get Chickenpox now rather than later my mom actually went to one
When I was in kindergarten in 1987, everyone just had to get chicken pox. There was no vaccine then. You got it, then you never got it again. I barely remember having it, as I was only 5 when I got it, and my nurse's aide mom did everything possible to keep me from itching too much. (Oatmeal baths, calamine lotion, etc)

Is it just me or is being an Antivaxxer a common thing among Entitled Parents?
Edit: Man never got so many likes before 😮
antivaxxers are the original entitled parents
@@sawyerawr5783 There were entitled parents WAY before vaccines were created.
@@Grimaria r/woooosh
It goes with thinking they are always right.
Entitled parents should come with warnings that way we can spot them and avoid them
Just look for the smug expression and condescending tone of voice.
I love the second story, honestly is a pleasant surprise to see a child who was cottled and doted on actually rebel against their entitled and narcissistic parent. Most of these stories love to make the children either act like the entitled parent, or just embarrassed at their parent's attitude.

- formaldehyde: a preservative, a biocide, a carcinogen
- squalene: first used in the Gulf War, associated with Gulf War Syndrome

Chicken pox has an incubation period of about a week. If the kid infected the other child he/she would not have any symptoms for about a week. If the others got it they were all infected about the same time as the original kid. Fir introducing the virus to the other kids she made them all susceptible to shingles, which often recur, and are very painful.

Actually in “Ye Olde Times” (early seventies) trying to get kids chicken pox is something parents would do because they wouldn’t get it later, the kid with chicken pox became like the most popular kid in school for a week straight. It’s pretty epic
That chicken pox story is such bs. How is a five year old omniscient? No way they could know about what happened in the principal's office.
Blue Smoke the conversation could have happened close enough to the classroom, or they could have heard about it from someone. Something like this happens, I think the teacher would probably tell the kids something about what happened
Jesus I'm finally here on time.
My kids have cancer
Thank u so much sire now I owe 10000 dollars in debt cause u boosted and also made home get cancer rhx
Em:Yeh my kids just healed out of it boosting my immune system
Op:wait that’s impossible
But if you were on your hands and knees they would say “let my precious angel get on your back because my angel is super tired”
Tommy Sparling honestly
For the kid with the chicken pox, they actually were already too late. Chicken pox is contagious BEFORE the spots appear. The kid had chicken pox before the spots appeared, and therefor spread it to the rest of the class before they had the chance to do anything about it. No one else was in any danger once the spots appeared.
He should have been taken out of school anyways, but he wasn’t a hazard.

Chiropractors knowing stuff. That was the funniest thing about this video.
Incubation time for varicella (chicken pox) is 14 to 16 days according to cdc. it was probably either psychosomatic or the other kids who got chicken pox before the 14 day period had been exposed around the same time (2 weeks earlier)

Jokes on you. I'm already autistic!
Me too!
