Training Day is the movie Denzel won his Oscar for Best Actor bc of the switch from the good guy to bad guy. That was really his first time playing a full out crazy villain and he was so great he made it seem natural and easy.

At the end he still tries to talk his way out of it to manipulate it, but his power is broken. He died knowing it. Great character. & then training day was over. That’s it. It’s over. Back in the day there was a men's magazine called Maxim. The articles were so good. It was like seeing a movie. Training Day was a story of a gang of cops called Ace of Spades. I hear that! Also he took the same car instead of getting in a new one tryna lay low. I guess that shot in his ass threw him off
Alonzo was cocky and thought he was bigger than what he was. We see it all throughout the movie, the scene with the wise men really shows it when Alonzo is trying to fit in with them and join their convo and they start belittling him.
@@SolidSnake240 Yeah but theirs cocky and just plain stupid. And to go spreads some buns when you have the actual money to save your life and even avoid Jake altogether was just plain stupid!! Lol which makes it fictional.....Everyone knows the mafia don't play....he would've delivered that debt with interest ASAP!!
😆😆😆
@45:00..."He...has a baby with himself...and then his child is him." hahahahahahahahahaha.

they look really young not really surprising that they never saw it. I was born when this movie came out and didn't see until 2018
I saw Book Of Eli in theaters and that's definitely one of his all-time best.
The scene in the girlfriend's apartment and the fighting scene was my mom's actual apartment. That street in real life was not a joke in The Jungle
Oh wowww
Kinda cool lol
Not the street part but Your moms apartment being in the movie lol
Great reaction Guys. One of my feared Denzel movies you should watch his equalizer movies.
I like the part where he says the line, King Kong ain't got **** on me😅
