Altare was literally FARMING armors on that one game I remember seeing 3-4 100+ shots hitting the ones below on that team below.

i mean it's the risk you get with valk ulting, and they know that, tbf to her i also do not expect to get domed and instantly die
If you watch pro's, people get headshotted left and right if they risk a valk ult, Altare's shot was sick but there's a super easy way to headshot a valk party, at the apex (no pun intended) of the climb up, right before they start flying, the entire party is literally stuck in animation lol.
All the valk does is a little flip but with some practice, its probably the easiest sniper shot you can take lawl.

The context is Altare is 3 point Axel 8 point and Selen 10 point
The problem is Altare is very good at shooting despite he don't play Apex often so it like 3 point scam
it's regis point count for the team he counted as 3 point
Vsaikyo team composition is based on a point budget where one team has a max number of points allowed, i think its 21 points now? Selen's 10 points because shes a former high pred, axel's an 8 point cause hes master, so the 3rd member can only be 3 points max(low platinum rank) , which is hard to find, but regis fit the bill, people meme his 3 points is the best value 3 points because he does have good fundamental fps skills from other games, just not that experienced in apex
@@Kiziem Shibuhal (organiser of the event) rated Altare as 3 points due to his highest rank of plat in apex ranked, but his aim is very good for a plat rank player, so he's dubbed as "Mr 3" as a joke because he's just much better

Can someone explain the 3pt Altare joke. Is it cause he is only plat in rank that he doesn't get as many points in the game. I don't play Apex so I'm very confused?
yes he is only plat this is why he is 3 point but he just to strong for 3 point and this is become a joke
Basically, to participate in Vsaikyo, each members is assigned some points and with those points, a team will be assembled according to the point cap of each team.
This year Vsaikyo's point cap is 21. Axel, a master, is 8. Selen, ex-Pred, is 10, so that left the team with only 3 points for the last member. The only possible player with such points is Platinum Rank which is newbies afaik or casuals.
Luckily, Altare is there. He's cracked due to his experience with other FPS games. Valorant, CS:GO, he was even offered to join a pro player team in Overwatch but declined and his main was Hanzo, a damage dealer sniper character.
Altare doesn't play Apex that much, that's why his rank is only plat IV despite having a superb FPS skill. His aim is truly nasty as a sniper. In a normal setting, he should be equal to Master based on skill alone. But, because he didn't play Apex that much, he's not familiar with the mechanism and many things in Apex. He was not even familiar with the legend he's using at first, but that can be solved with some practices while Axel and Selen do the other specific mechanics.
So, having someone like Altare who has amazing FPS skill only with 3 points is truly a steal with how much he contributes to the team.
