    In 2020, Master Niels practiced as a Buddhist monk in Thailand for one whole year. During his stay in the temple, he recorded several videos to help and guide you through your practice.

    Practicing the First 3 Breathing Techniques
    In the fourth session of 10 minutes, you will practice on your own for the first time. Of course, Master Niels is here to support your practice, but he won't guide you with his voice.
    After completing all four sessions in this series Mindfulness for Beginners, you have laid out a solid foundation to practice independently and not depend on any type of guidance. Furthermore, you are now ready to extend the duration of your practice to 15 minutes. Master Niels is here to help you with this, so make sure also to watch his next guided meditation sessions!
    Remember to focus on your breath touching the inside of your nostrils during your inhalation and exhalation.
    B3 - Breathe normally
    B2 - Breathe in and out deeply
    B1 - Breathe fast, short, and shallow
    This 10-minute guided session is especially for those who are just starting to practice mindfulness but is also great to practice with if you already have more experience.

    I just wanted to pop back and say thank you to you for this wonderful channel. I am successfully managing to meditate using your techniques almost every day now. In order to try and keep my strength and muscles going, I tend to do my physical therapy exercises first, followed by your meditations. I often do Parts 1 ~ 3 all at once and I feel physically and mentally so much better afterwards. I really look forward to your videos. All the best - Neil (uk).
