Hi Neda Draw, great tutorial!! can you please tell which version of illustrator was used in this video?? i have CC2017 and de gradients dont's show me the options that you have. I mean that bar with which you can organize the intensity of the gradient and even its direction, it comes out in a minute: 9:59-10.01. thank so much for your answer and time. Have a nice day.
I have a very old copy of Illustrator, so I only have the option to split the grid by pixels. May I ask how big an artboard you use please? I'm having trouble getting the pen to draw as accurately as yours and I wonder if i'm working on too small a workspace. Many thanks!
I was following along great until you modified the circle. (I understood you switched to the pen tool by following the Blob Brush tutorial, but I don't know how you did that.) Also, how did you add anchor points before using the eraser? Thanks!
@@NedaDraws Absolutely! 7:18 you mention "modifying" the elipse. 7:21 you mention applying a gradient and then erase part of the elipse with the eraser tool. 🤗
I think I've worked out the answer to the first question. You're switching to the direct selection tool (white arrow) to get those anchor points. I'm not sure how you're moving them but I'll have a try with it tomorrow!
@@NedaDraws OH Neda eonni, I didn't knew about pressure senstivity before. I bought a graphic tablet but still illustrator doesn't support if i guess. Thank you eonni for this amajin tutorial.
@@NedaDraws Yes yes i did followed your instructions shown in the video but the opetion was still not availble like maybe illustrator only support few graphic tablets. But photoshop is supporting it so I am practicing there.

Why do you switch between stroke and fill layer with blob brush tool in the beginning sketch before color layer?
I’m not sure if I’m answering your question but when you draw with Blob brush, it automatically becomes fill. 😊

You might need to activate pressure sensitivity of the brush in Illustrator before you draw. Double click on the brush icon and activate it. 🙂
