I ENJOYED your video & your sense of humor so much Pam, that I hit the SUBSCRIBE BUTTON ! Also very much loved the beautiful sounds of your birds in the background too :) I want to learn how to make a " CHUNKY MONKEY ", lol ___ that is one of the coolest looking Junk Journals I have ever seen ! I am just starting out & trying to gather as much art supplies as I can afford __ & I have been saving a lot of cereal boxes ! Also facing a challenge using my imagination creating an art room in this TINY CAMPER we live in ___ there is no pop-out or overhead loft __ it is small. Landlord took out the kitchen table for me & got my desk in here, for my desk top computer & I found these metal double hooks at the " Dollar Tree " store __ to hang most of my clothes from the ceiling ! ___ also found a produce basket on Amazon ( hangs from the ceiling too ) to put paint supplies in. It is a work in progress, but I am getting there ___ really like your teaching method too Pam ___ you are really helping me on this exciting fun journey into the world of ART.

A few months ago after we moved again....
I decided to reorganize my music.
As many musicians do I had quite a lot and needed to downsize....
With vocal and piano.
I gutted my music books.
You betcha....
I took out what I wanted to keep and threw the rest away.... putting the remainder in plastic sleeves inside a notebook.
Now I'm watching you use music....
Little did I know that I should have saved some of it....
But that's the beauty of a thrift store....
Many times they carry that all sheet music and now I'll probably go to the store and grab some music make sure I don't really care for it too much and then use it for my crafting purposes😀.

Cute idea for all the readers in my life. I think you can use spines for belly bands or edges of the pages too. I also saw another artist glue the spines to the end of the box so they look like books in the center of a book shelf. 🥰🐞🤗
My mom had a blue McCall and his name was Harley. Love the cutie fluffer pants, and the birds as Holly always has lots to say lol. I LOVE your "background music". !!!! (I was watching at 1.5 x playback speed, so the first whistle from Holly sounded like a chirp from our fire alarm when the battery is dying. My husband came in looking for the alarm that needed a battery change. I began laughing and then fixed the speed back to Normal, and then Holly's whistles and singing sounded BEAUTIFUL. We had a good laugh, and my spouse was happy not to have to get the ladder out! Ha, Ha!!)

Oh my gosh, Pam! I’ve been using the entire book spine to make book marks. Some of my Readers Digest that are super old, the spines were falling off. I just backed them with what was laying around and punched a hole in the top. I never even thought to add book pages to the backing. That would be really cool looking.

The bugs must be bad in Florida. It never occurred to me to refrigerate cereal. I guess there are benefits living in the north with very cold winters. I have a few really old books in pretty bad condition. The spines could be rescued for bookmarks with some old dictionary pages on the inside. Thanks for the idea.

Loved this idea Pam. I can see many possibilities coming from my stash. I'm thinking separated cardboard used to glue on the front of the piece guilded if you don't have a book spine. The sky is the limit! Thanks for all your inspiration!
