Good to ride along with ya, you know its gotta be steep when it looks steep on camera/go pro/ /. had me puckering there for a while. amazing! its a good ride when you survive unscaved!
I always enjoy your videos. These very natural environments are fantastic. Most ride in the bike park - which is often annoying and boring. This is absolute mountain biking! Thank you and greetings from Switzerland.
Your cheeks must have been hurting from all the giggling and smiling! 😆 Can’t wait to rewatch this on my basement big screen… steeps come through way better on it.
You all make this look so easy. Rode a trail a few weeks ago very similar to the trail in the first few minutes. Took a turn too fast, slid sideways, and got flung into a tree bruising several ribs and bursting some blood vessels. Watching your videos have definitely made me push myself to get better.
6:11 yeah it definitely does not come through on the camera. I would have loved to see how this looks on the Insta360 One RS to see if it would have captured the steepness. But the GoPro effect is real on this and looks super flat.
Three MTBuskateers and Co. Going to have to come up with a new name for the new 'band'. I mean if you are going on an 'Unexpected Journey', then, I would say this is the group to make it happen, and look good while doing it!
Hey Dave, would love to know what your rebound settings are! Do you keep them the same or adjust, depending where you're riding? Btw, I only discovered your channel recently - instant subscription. Short intros, always straight to the point and awesome riding - love it!
"this is steepest trail...." nah we have a blue trail, wait add gorpro effect, look trees, OMG! that is crazy steep. "this is better then i thought it was going to be" me "it keeps getting worse!"
Paying very close attention here lol "Low tree!" huh? oh! "Look out there's glass" *Mm yummy glass* What about a drop? *snap crash* "You good?" Man I'd love to ride that, but I'd 100% hit a tree and die. Impressive skill all around!
I've always been curious as to how far you look out in front of yourself while you're riding these. I know it's probably a constant back and forth but man it's just dizzying sometimes haha.
How are ticks and mosquitos up there right now? Right now, you get eaten alive around Southeastern Pennsylvania. Always amazed by the people who build and maintain the trails!!
Sadly the nature of the wide angle lens does not show the scale of things simply because of its substantial wide angle, which just kind of flattens out the image. Probably something closer to 50mm would give a better impression but would be impractical for use as an Action cam. But I can still look at the trees to guess how steep it was. 👍🏾👍🏾
17:21 do you have ticks in Canada? The entrance to my local trail is grown over extensively, and I hate the little bloodsuckers waiting for MTBer blood
Ahhg, its just alil steep. ya know its steep when you can smell brakes cooking off, when your on the brakes all the way down yet its too steep for the tires to even get any traction on the dirt!
Much giggling means this trail must be INCREDIBLY steep!
It's the Dave giggle trail rating system. Or DGTRS, Measured in giggles per minute how rowdy the trail is
Brenda’s Hole is spot on! Lol
@@mjasz4341 yess! I love his little giggles lol, makes everything seem more fun!
You know it's good when Dave goes full Zoidberg multiple times on one trail.
"woo hoo hoo" -Dave 2022
How is Dale so good at the back wheel pivots on the turns?
nice but where is the kneepads 😔
Dave going "ohhooo, hahhaaa, heehhee" means me and regular joe are going "oh shit, I am dead"

I'd be curious to here from Dave about full 27.5 vs Mullet/MX setup!
You know it’s a good trail when Dave is giggling

[ Muffled "oho ho hooo!"] in the distance really sells this video
You're almost singing "My Own Private Idaho". Ha, just playin, luv your vids!
Dangerous Dave living on the edge 👍🏼
60 Hz! Soo smooth
The camera does flatten everything, but that *still* looks crazy steep. What was that, like a 40 degree incline there? Geez
Good control!
That was proper steep 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
New camera or just changed the settings? Either way much better.
This trail looks like my dreams, it seems to be so fun to ride moreover you'r such a good rider si it's very smooth. Awh... why am I still in France
14:46 CAR!!! 😂
Wow what a trail!
If GoPro shows it steep, that's must be really steep!
Love the vids
Some are saying this has the gopro effect but to me it looks very steep!
Dave in Germany we say:" Wir drücken dir die Daumen für die EWS!"
We hope you win :D
@Hit me up Official_DangerousDave nice try scammer lmao 💀💀💀
Good catch. Flagged it 👍
Not bad riding for a such a beginner Dave!
This is definitely one of the best loamers in bc, luckily the climb scares most away
Would deep Fraser Valley be a good guess for this trail's very general location?

Suggestion: run a 'whoa' counter in the corner of the screen, you can use it as a trail rating system.

You should try 19th hole in Squamish
So they’re biking hiking trails now with those switchbacks 🥴
